Raeleen, while congenial on the phone, mentions nothing of this situation that may occur. And the website uses the terms "us & "we", misleadingly so. The time for the treatment comes and goes as I wait outside. We start late. I am not given a receipt for the cash payment. After paying I am rushed to leave. Overbearingly so.
