She nodded her head and said "yes mhmm okay" and then continue to charge me FULL price. I am so embarrassed to walk around with my eyebrows looking the way they do and coming out of a place I actually never have had bad experiences with. very disappointed. And now I have to regrow my eyebrows. Mind you I have a wedding next week to attend, and that was the point of growing them out and reshaping them to begin with.

She was efficient and professional and I appreciated the sanitary cleanliness of the room and her use of gloves. This was my first visit and she was meticulous with her waxing job and plucked out final hairs that were stubborn. She was able to offer lots of product and post visit care. I booked my next visit on site before I left. She was attentive to my comfort and made sure to let me know everything she was doing during our appointment. She is knowledgeable in her craft- I really appreciated her ability to understand my sensitive skin and hair type. Just for reference, when I have shaved in the past I usually have regrowth within 24 hours and within 48 hours I'm itching and scratching like crazy. I am currently at 16 days post waxing (full Brazilian, coarse thick dark hair) and I have like a handful of hairs just starting to grow back!
