The groom's parents, family and friends live in a few countries across Europe! We wound up contacting our relatives and friends by email and phone and had help from our wedding party to contact the entire guest list. They refused a refund on the basis that they offered to redo the work. If you are going to use this business, make sure the invitations are ordered SO early that they have time to redo their work and DEMAND that there is a deadline for CORRECTLY DONE WORK in your contract with a REQUIREMENT of a refund if they fail to meet the agreed upon deadline!
