Their hot chocolate is rich and creamy :) I took a praline seminar there as well and was impressed with how much I learned in just one session. Each person made 3 dozen pralines (to take home) and information about tempering chocolates, filling the praline shells, and decorating the finished products was provided. Copies of the recipes were distributed as well so participants could continue at home.

I requested an assortment of 6 dark chocolates and let the gentleman behind the counter do the choosing for me (there was a bit of a language barrier). The truffles are on the larger size and each flavor was a unique treat. I especially enjoyed the raspberry cheesecake and the chocolate mousse.
