Each person made 3 dozen pralines (to take home) and information about tempering chocolates, filling the praline shells, and decorating the finished products was provided. Copies of the recipes were distributed as well so participants could continue at home.

We ordered the hot chocolate and chose to leave it au natural, versus add one of the many aromas and flavors they offer. The drink was rich, thick, and velvety. It's what hot chocolate is supposed to taste like. We savored every drop. Run, don't walk to this chocolate confection heaven. It's now a staple for every visit to Heidelberg.
