On this day I was looking for something with a horse theme, hopefully something unique, that I could take to a gift exchange with a group of ladies who all have fond memories of going to the John F ivory Farms for horseback riding activities. I connected with this group five years ago when I was in town at this time of the year also but didn't go to their Christmas luncheon prepared with a gift. This time I now have something special to share which I hope the recipient will appreciate and enjoy, a little set of salt and pepper shakers in the shape of horse heads. I knew that somewhere in all this merchandise there would be something to fit the bill and there was. The lady who runs it was very nice and wrapped the breakable items nicely to protect them. Update: The gal whom I received my gift of the salt and pepper shakers seem to really love them, along with the two horse charm zipper pulls I had also gotten here.

I was at the last of the booths when at 5:40 I heard someone come in and the man (Jim?) behind the desk screamed they were closed, the woman wanted to confirm because of the 6 pm closing time, he screamed again and then started cussing at her. I believe he even called her stupid after she left. I couldn't believe it, my jaw dropped. Something so simple made him snap. She called him out for being rude. Which good for her. Mind you there was no announcement made to customers that they were closing earlier and no sign on the door stating so either. I walked out looking for the poor woman.
