Super grateful for the concept of a walk in ENT clinic. I had my first (and hopefully only) constant vertigo attack and had no idea what to expect/ what was happening. Being able to get (basically) immediate care was really great. I joined the waitlist online and made my way there when it was my turn. They started me out with a hearing test, and then I met with the doctor. She prescribed me with some meds to try to help the problem, and gave me a couple of possible causes for my attack. It was still so early, so it was hard to eliminate all of the possible factors. I do wish I was given a print out and more information, as I think it would have been helpful for my future appointments at other doctors, but I walked out empty handed. I continued to have problems and called again the next day. The doctor was pretty prompt in calling me back which I genuinely appreciate. All in all, it's a solid service given what it is- walk in. Previously, I gave a 5 star rating, about 2 years ago or 2024. Today, I called and was told to set up an appointment on their website. As I wanted to be seen to have my ears cleaned, I thought it would be easy. The website was a no go, as the staff would have seen me in a week. So I dropped in or walked in as they now allow. The walk in process ended up taking about 60 minutes. Not terrible, but not exactly as expected. As I will be traveling and not back in town for a while, I wanted to get this done. I went to ENT Now after work at 3:30, had an audio test and ear exam, and was on my way to the pharmacy by 4:10. The office is clean, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. Nurse Practitioner Adetoun was outstanding -- thorough, compassionate, and gave clear, practical advice; I feel 100% better after following her recommendations. They said they deal with tinnitus but what they mean is that they will diagnose it but they have no program to treat it. I ask for recommendation for someone who can treat it and they said they had someone at one time but he retired. They weren't able to refer me to anyone. Do not waste your time if you need treatment, they just diagnose. read more

Updated review: after continuing my treatment for allergies with allergy shots, I have not had the usual sinus infections that I get at least a couple times a year; I have not missed many days of work from being sick as I have in the past. I no longer feel like I need cold medicine to get by, thinking I have a cold because my allergies were properly diagnosed, and I am on the correct regime of medications. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this treatment, and the positive way that is has changed my daily life. I can breathe better during the day and at night, so I'm even sleeping better. Who knew there was a walk in ENT clinic? Not me until I was desperate. I started having severe nosebleeds right before Christmas. They were scary, lasting really long, forming huge clots. I had this happen once before about 15 years ago and I had to get my nose cauterized. I knew I would need this again. I called my primary care doctor on a Monday morning and was told they didn't have any appointments, but would check in with the doctor. Out of desperation, I googled ENTs to see if I could call and beg someone to see me. I found ENT now. I called and asked if they could treat me and they said yes. I went there right away and signed in. I was called nearly immediately, filled out the forms, waited about 3 minutes, and was taken to a room. The provider came in (Nurse Practitioner or PA.. can't remember). She looked at me, used a scope, and cleaned it out. She also did the procedure to fix it up. It took about 45 minutes and I was like new. She was great as well. I walked out feeling so relieved. My nose healed nicely. I would highly recommend this place. It saved the day! read more

I got an appointment here within a day or two of calling. I had a GI bug that has been going around and my mother was convinced I had vertigo and needed an inner ear cleaning. ENT NOW tested my hearing and looked around and determined I did not need an inner ear cleaning. Super friendly and nice staff and employees. Very professional place. Wondering if English is a second language for your front desk staff No communication skills whatsoever Which makes me believe they clearly need to be further trained in English or possibly just trained in customer service Which if so, you'll have a lot of work ahead of you. LOVE ENT NOW! Had an ear infection that my PCP treated with antibiotics Which did help alleviate the majority of the pain but antibiotics did not help the blockage. PCP recommended I go to ENT Now as I needed the ear checked. Turns out this is my regular ENT's office so I was familiar with the Walk In Appointment option. I was told it could be an hour to an hour and a half wait but truly it was faster than that. Love the office staff from Greeters to intake to PAs. Friendly, compassionate to all but especially to the older patients and very professional. Feel like I got an A+ exam of both ears not only the one affected, and a clear explanation of my issues and what the treatment regime was to be. Also got a printout of the treatment options including OTC HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENT NOW instead of your local corner Urgent Care for ENT issues! read more

I was extremely disappointed with this office. I am 73 on large liters of oxygen. I went there because of hemorrhaging nose bleeds. I was a walk in that they said it would be 1-2 hrs. 4 hrs. later & completely using up two oxygen tanks then switched to 3rd. We were the last ones in the waiting room. Yet the whole office staff took a 1 hour lunch. I never was asked about my oxygen supply, nothing. I have worked in the medical field everyone takes different lunch time. I was pleasantly surprised of the wait time. I was a walk-in and after filling out new patient information my wait time was approximately 30 minutes. The front desk employees were professional and appropriately friendly. The nurse practitioner Megan N. was amazing. She explained everything and her demeanor was relaxing, comforting and friendly. read more
