He was also great with communication via text and phone throughout the whole process. He brought samples of quartz with him the day of the estimate, and was helpful when trying to decide what would look best in our home according to the look we were going for. We had gotten other estimates as well, and Sean worked with us on his competitive pricing, which we feel was quite fair. We chose sparkling white quartz for our kitchen countertops, butlers pantry, loft wall desk, guest bathroom, and master bathroom. It was a beautiful choice, and it really brings a bright and sparkly pop to our home. His team did a great job installing all of our countertops throughout our home. They even went above and beyond to make a special cut (not an easy one!) in our backsplash for an outlet in our master bathroom that we didn't want to part with. At the end of installation, we got to go around and ask for any adjustments/leveling/extra caulking we felt was necessary. The team gladly made the adjustments, and cleaned up after themselves as well. We used Sean's recommended plumber (Lorenzo) for disconnecting and reconnecting all of the plumbing, and we are so very glad we did. Lorenzo was priced so well and fair, and he gladly came back the next day to adjust our sinks when we noticed they were slightly slanted, and not as level as we had thought they were the day before. Overall, we are happy with the choice we made in working with Sean and his team. The only downfall we would report is being the last installation on a Friday evening around 4pm. It was very apparent the team was tired after a long week, and was clear they wanted to go home after a long day. They were stuck at our home until around 7:45pm, and were getting antsy to head out (which, who wouldn't at almost 8pm on a Friday). With that said, the only thing we would recommend is to try and request an install in the beginning of the week (or mid week), and ask for the earliest possible appointment if you want to avoid a late night. Other than that, we gladly recommend their services! *We will update with photos when painting is complete.

All my interactions with Sean and his partner Juan have been the upmost sincere and honest that I could have asked for, especially being new to Orlando. They have great communication and were punctual with their times and if any possible delays, they always kept me in mind so everyone was on the same schedule. I explained that the job would need to be permitted and that he would need to work when there was not a guest staying in the house and he agreed to both and said I would need to give a 50 percent deposit. I wrote and he cashed a check for $4435 in February. He attempted to get a permit but ran into difficulties and said the workers at the City of Orlando permitting department were 'a bunch of immigrants' and 'towel heads'. He said he only needed two more pieces of information and would get the permits. He has not been in communication with the city since April, still has no permit, refuses to return my deposit, and will not reply to my messages to call me mor is he accepting my phone calls. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! This will now need to be resolved with legal means, unfortunately.

When the crew arrived , they were careful with the adjacent existing structure, the location was prepped including the build up and form for the pad. The crew that poured and finished the concrete pad. They were efficient, they cleaned up the work site including go above the contract to make sure they left a finished. Given the level of effort and quality of the workmanship I believe the value is exceptional given the work and reasonable cost. I will be using Concrete solutions for any additional concrete work I need. I highly recommend them.
