They always seem to make time to service my car, they are attentive to what I need fixed or checked & they are very reasonably priced for the work that they do. T & M have organised all my paper work & check ups since I've had my Toyota Yaris and I won't be taking my car to anybody else. They have extensive experience as mechanics and there isn't much that they haven't seen or fixed in their time. They were even able to fit a reconditioned engine into my old Corolla within days of it breaking down. Not only are they very well priced, the team there work very quickly. Rarely do I have to wait more than a day or two to get my car back, in fact I usually have it back the day of. Not only that, I have dropped my car in from time to time over the past 5 years and everything I have needed done has been completed. The car always feels like brand new when I get it back from T & M Motors and that's more than I expect from my local mechanic. We've also had Honda's and taken them to him for servicing with confidence. We are now about to take our Audi's to him, and we would have no hesitation to trust Terry with any vehicle. He takes pride in his work, he charges a reasonable amount and will always fit us in. Terry is a very capable mechanic, he does most of the work himself, if there is something he isn't sure about, he will figure it out, he won't stuff you around and once it's fixed, you won't have to worry about it again. I take my car in regularly for a service and oil filter change and it only costs about $60 - which is a fantastic price. They advertise that they would beat any quote and you'll probably find that they wouldn't need to. Their marketing ploy of keeping prices down really works and their customer service permits for returning customers. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else with my vehicle now that I have found Ashraf - I leave my car there jump on a train and return by train to collect when it is ready, how much better can it get?

The NRMA in Prestons passed us onto the Royal Smash Repairs to get our car fixed after we had a little collision last weekend when it was raining. An NRMA recommendation generally indicates that the repairer that has good ethics (IE. you wont get screwed over and end up having to pay more than what you should, or fixing something that wasn't broke to begin with) and great customer service. Today my boyfriend dropped our car here to be fixed, and the place was full of cars, so this place obviously gets a lot of business. The wait to get the car back after repairs are complete is going to be longer than we expected (today is Friday and he said it wont be ready until Thursday - considering all he needs to do is repair the front right hand panel near the headlight, I thought that was a bit long) however my boyfriend assured me that the man was very straight and reliable, that he had a lot of work he needed to prioritize and that he would do the best job on his car, and that he'd rather have someone who looked after it properly and took a little longer than someone who was just willing to provide a quick fix, with the sacrifice of thoroughness. When dealing with the health and well being of your car, peace of mind is very important to reassure you that you're making the right decisions about it.
