I cannot recommend Spine and Sport Chiropractic highly enough for chiropractic care!…read more From our very first meeting, Dr. Davis Nguyen stood out by his patient engagement in wanting to understand my background and the chronic pain areas and functional limitations I have struggled with for many years. Dr. Nguyen provided a comprehensive physical body functioning exam and a total-body approach treatment plan. He noticed all the little things; from how I walked into his office, my posture and carried that precise mechanical detail into his functional exam. When asked to do basic turns and bends, I did not even realize I was overcompensating with other areas of my body. His extensive knowledge of the kinetic connected chain opened my eyes to the big picture of my entire body. Through his recommendations for advanced diagnostics, he has helped me connect with other providers for long-term care alongside my chiropractic treatments. His clinical expertise with intricate joint alignments, including the knees and spine--especially regarding highly precise neck and lower back adjustments--is bar none. He is incredibly mindful of my comfort levels with certain delicate alignments, and I feel physical relief from chronic spine issues and pain. The adjustments have helped improve my symptoms and mobility, complementing my other treatments perfectly. The level of communication, compassion, reports and care coordination is unmatched. He checks in, sends helpful reminders, and shares and shares the goals we all want to improve our joint function and movement for a better quality of life. Dr. Nguyen is truly one of a kind!!

I'd been with one chiro for 17 years and another for 5, so I am pretty picky - for me it's about the practice, the practitioner, and the doctor-patient connection. I've been seeing Dr. Jose for about a year now, and he checks all the boxes: - So easy to book an appointment - he is on top of his scheduling (and the reminder text is lovely) - He listens to what's going on physically (and anything else you feel like sharing re: source of stress!) - He is respectful and considerate about your comfort level and will always ask before treating (e.g. neck adjustments, thumpy-massagey-thingies) - He practices different methodologies (is that the right term?) *and* gives practical suggestions (in my case, dusting off my sit-stand desk) And to top it all, he's an extremely friendly, caring and positive human being.

I have been searching for the right…read morewords to write this review for years, and every time I attempt, the limits of my human language are felt immensely. But I will try now, because this place and the beautiful kind hearted women who run this business, Tai and Clo, truly saved my life. In 2017 I was sexually assaulted and at my absolute rock bottom physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I felt dead and hopeless. I searched on yelp for a chiropractor and massage therapist and came across AdvanceHealth. The good reviews I read on Yelp made me feel safe enough to at least make an initial appointment, and I'm so very glad I did. It was one of the best decisions of my life. I look back on that time period of my life often, and I view my decision to receive care at AdvanceHealth as a true turning point in my healing journey. In the years since being a regular patient, I have been able to make so much progress in my healing journey, and I don't know if it would have been possible had I not had Clo and Tai as part of my care team, cheering me on, giving their guidance, and their excellent healing hands! I am so lucky that Clo and Tai were the people I met when I walked through the doors of AdvanceHealth. They became my safe havens, confidants, and friends. They helped me feel safe in my body again, they made me feel heard and validated, and they embraced me exactly as I was during the lowest point of my life. They made me feel like a person again, instead of a ghost haunted by the traumas past. They are also true experts in their crafts! Clo is my favorite chiropractor in the world and Tai is the best massage therapist I have ever had. They are emotionally intelligent, compassionate, empathetic, and also very funny and truly delightful to spend time with. Clo and Tai have the biggest hearts, and truly care about every single one of their patients. There are so many dishonest and uncaring health care providers out there, but these two are literal angels from heaven. Pinky promise! If you have ever considered chiropractic care or massage therapy and are hesitant to start, let my review be a sign that you should take the leap :)

I've only had 1 appointment so far which was for my initial intake, and since then needed to reschedule twice now due to health issues; I felt horrible having to cancel, but she was so understanding both times. Her office is very open and clean. During my appointment, it started with me spending 15 minutes on a massage chair to loosen up a bit. She massaged my upper back/shoulders with a CBD cream (which she asked if I was okay with before she applied it), and then she did the manual adjustments. She is gentle yet firm.
