Rude, apathetic, and quite useless are words that come to mind. While I had positive experiences with the doctors, the nurses and front office are why I left their practice. Yes, the doc is approachable, knowledgeable and presents himself well but his listening skills are poor. We had a whole conversation on my sensitivity to a certain type of medication. Very cookie cutter approach to treatment. I understand that cardiology is a pretty cut and dried specialty however he needs to appear more interested.
