We wanted to have small local businesses for all our wedding vendors and used Heirloom Events for our napkin and tablecloth rentals. Everyone at Heirloom was wonderful to work with and great communicators. I was able to come see the colors in person before ordering (they also have glassware and all kinds of other things too!), and they made pick up and drop off so easy. Would absolutely use again for any large parties!! read more

We used Heirloom Rentals for our wedding, and they were absolutely wonderful! They provided all of our dinnerware, glassware, and linens - and everything looked stunning. The pieces added such a beautiful, timeless touch to our reception and really elevated the overall aesthetic. While I didn't work with Heirloom directly, our venue coordinator handled all of the communication, everything went off without a hitch. The delivery, setup, and quality were flawless, and it was clear that Heirloom is incredibly professional and reliable. If you're looking for rentals that bring elegance and ease to your event, I highly recommend Heirloom Rentals. read more

Great service. Very responsive and attentive. Haylie was a pleasure to work with and I hope to work with her again in the future.

I have order rentals from Heirloom 3 separate times and all have been an exceptional experiences. This last time they really stepped their game up. I made an error and got my pick up day mixed up and thought it was on a day they were actually closed. When I called they got back to me and arrange a special pick up while closed!! Saved our holiday! We would have had 14 people and no where to sit. My order was small and they could have easily not gone out of their way especially since the fault was mine, but they did. This is why I shop local!! I cannot recommend their service enough. Also, they have a wide variety of items and very competitive prices. read more

I used JRB rentals for my wedding, late August 2015. Our order included all of the dinnerware, tables (dinner and high/cocktail, serving), chairs, umbrellas, wood barrels w/poles (we hung our own market lights off of these), wine barrel bar, and dance floor. We have no complaints on the product: everything was in pristine condition in comparison to other weddings that I've attended. They were also quick to respond to our requests. The wine barrels were definitely a nice touch to our hacienda / Spanish-inspired wedding and were especially happy with those. As a forewarning, if your venue has stairs you will be charged for the labor to go up these. Our venue (St. Vincent's in San Rafael) has a ramp in the back but because it is rather far from the loading area and it doesn't cover both flights (equaling probably 10 steps), we were charged $500 for drop off and $500 for pick up (in addition to installation & delivery fees). We didn't really understand this being that our friends were not charged anything past the installation & delivery fees and their wedding was 30 miles West of San Rafael through windy and elevated roads (aka more hours of labor). So if your venue has stairs with no ramps, expect additional fees. read more

I was hosting a family reunion on August 18 and I was short about 30 chairs. Torn between renting and buying, a friend recommended that I check out this place. This company is a hidden gem; definitely worth doing business with. I walked in on Thursday, August 16, to see what they had to offer. I decided to rent the white wooden chairs to match my pato furniture. The staff is great and all of the chairs were loaded into my Subaru the same day! The chairs were very sturdy and well built - this was important to me since many of my guests were over the age of 75. When I returned on Monday, the staff unloaded all of the chairs. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALSO GREAT PRICES !!! I will definitely look to JRB the next time I host a party !!! read more

Heidi has great communication and customer service. Her rates are very affordable. She does not charge a fee for her rentals like most companies do. If something is lost or broken, that's what you pay extra for at the end of your event. She has some really nice pieces like colorful intricate Moroccan tea glasses for example. read more

JRB Event Services did an amazing job for our wedding ceremony rentals. They set up everything perfectly and were very communicative (thank you Heidi) during the planning process. Highly recommended for your event, we didn't have to lift a finger and everything looked great! read more

I have no idea if this business is one woman with a computer and a telephone or just one outlet of a giant national company. Whatever is going on behind the curtain, Heidi at JRB made sure I ordered exactly what I needed and had a crew with a truck at my wedding reception location exactly when I asked them to be there with exactly what I'd asked for. She even let me know a few small ways I could reduce costs. When I amended my order the day before the delivery--after the truck was already loaded and ready to go the next morning--she still managed to switch in and out what I needed. When I had a small question about my bill after the event--after JRB already had my money in hand--she still made sure everything was right and I was completely satisfied. This is a company that clearly wants to keep their customers coming back for any future events and takes the steps in customer care and execution to make that happen. I don't plan on ever getting married again, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to call on JRB again for our rentals. read more

I used JRB rentals for my wedding and I can say that they truly went above and beyond. I looked at many other rental companies (many bigger) but went with JRB upon the referral of our caterer. It was one of the best decisions I made. Heidi was so amazing to work with. She helped me through the whole rental process and gave me invaluable suggestions for colors and decor. She truly was such a pleasure to work with, I can't imagine what we would have done without her help. All of our rentals were absolutely beautiful - but more importantly, you won't find better customer service anywhere. The delivery guys were so patient and kind, definitely going above and beyond to help us get everything perfect. A perfect experience! The bigger company's might have flashier websites, but they don't have better product or service. read more

JRB were amazing, so accommodating from the start to the finish, it was challenging for them as we ordered long rectangular wooden tables, and they had to be assembled at the venue, but they did a great job, and very reasonably priced. i highly recommend them. read more

I really like this company! A bunch of nice people who are very accommodating and make ordering rentals easy. I was very thrilled with their drop off and delivery for my dad's birthday party and for pick up they even drove around the parking lot for a minute when they knew the party wasn't quite over! Highly recommended for any event!! read more

I worked with Heidi to book the rentals for my wedding back in May 2016. She was so sweet and accommodating of all my last minute changes. When the weather report suddenly went from 75 to 55 she set me up with lovely outdoor heaters and when the linnens that I had purchased went missing the morning of my wedding she worked with my planner to find matching ones. I highly recommend jrb events they have a great selection, great prices, and amazing staff. read more

We recently used JRB for our wedding in Marshall and rented tables, chairs, glassware, linens and a few random items (chaffing dish, coolers). I cannot say enough nice things about Heidi and the team at JRB. They were prompt in responding, patient with last minute order changes and flexible with scheduling. They're the best! read more

JRB Rentals has the BEST customer service! Heidi was a pleasure to work with! We will DEFINITELY be using them again for our party needs!!

They were so great! Heidi came in on a Sat, when the business is closed, to walk my fiancé and I through our choices in rentals for our upcoming wedding. She was immediately friendly and helpful, filling in with thoughts about what we really needed for our event, and if we had missed anything. She never tried to upsell us or convince us we needed more than we had chosen. Not only that, but she upgraded a couple of our choices for free! I dont think I've ever had such good and helpful service! read more

I used JRB for me wedding in Sept, and they really went above and beyond. Heidi was very accommodating in meeting me on a weekend and making several revisions to my order (even with a fractured wrist!). She was also helpful in guiding me to make the best selections possible based on my vision, even if it meant simplifying and not adding to my order. I would definitely use JRB again for future parties or events. read more

We used this rental place for our daughter's wedding. She was married on a farm, so we had to rent everything. JRB was the best! They were professional, courteous, helpful, and fairly priced and the customer service was beyond good!!!!! We left a few things on the farm, and instead of us having to drive 40 minutes to get it and then take it to JRB, JRB drove their and picked it up themselves. They were so knowledgeable, and helped us decide how much of each thing to rent, and helped us remember to rent all the things we needed. They were amazingly friendly on the phone and let me change my order as often as I liked. They even delivered heaters at the last minute with just a quick call from me. I could't recommend them more highly!! read more
