I experienced the most hideous display of customer service by the women in the front this afternoon. I had previously called for a copy of my W2 that my senile grandfather accidentally threw out, but was not able to pick it up the next day, as planned, because I had to go to CT to see my ailing mother. I called yesterday to see if they could reprint it and apologized- the person I spoke to was kind and promised that it was at the front desk and I could pick it up today- no problem. The horrible crones there today treated me like garbage because it took me this long to get it, said they probably threw it in the shredder, and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I imagine this is a reputable business, so maybe think of hiring front desk workers with empathy and social skills. read more
