I drove my jeep there but it had to be towed back to my house. No mention that it wasn't running when they said it was on its way to our house - so that was a unpleasant surprise. After contacting my insurance company about the wreck (the one where I hit someone from behind but it COULDN'T be my fault) they gave me a list of local body shops that could work on my car. I had driven by Old School several times and knew they were turning and burning a lot of repair work. That is a good thing. I selected them and by 9am the next morning I had received a call from the shop wanting me to come in and get started. I show up at the shop and they are pleasant and professional. My truck is brand new and not even in their database yet. The tech was super nice and called the local dealership to make sure he could get parts and we made an appointment for the work to be done. It only took 2.5 days to complete the job and it looks AMAZING. All new front end, new paint, and a happy customer. Great job!

The front desk girl--her name I believe was Lisette--was absolutely incredible at her job. You could immediately tell she knew exactly what she was doing. She was professional, organized, on top of everything, and honestly impressive to watch. There was also a blonde woman who initially looked at our car, and based on the names I'm seeing in other reviews, I believe her name was Lindsey. She was absolutely wonderful--kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the process. The way this team handled our situation was next-level. I'm still kind of in shock at how smoothly and professionally everything was handled. We've been to other Caliber Collision locations for different reasons in the past, and none of them come even close to this one. This location is on a completely different level. I genuinely feel taken care of here. If you want top-tier service and a team that truly knows what they're doing, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
