Had a package delivered to this store and was told by ANDREW that they never received it, even told me they don't use the shipping carrier my package got sent through. But when I went to the store to handle this in person, the assistant I spoke to went and grabbed my package right out of the locker it was delivered in. Like it was the easiest task in the world, but ANDREW the manager couldn't even be bothered to go and do work and help a customer that has the tracking history indicating the package was delivered DAYS ago. No excuse but laziness. Thank the Lord there was somebody there that was willing to put in the slightest bit of work to help out a customer. They should switch titles, ANDREW has NO business being a store manager if he can't handle walking 20 seconds to the parcel locker to resolve a matter for a customer.
