So, what they offered, was to individually squeeze the tubes into a tub for me. I thought I had told them it wasn't a problem but think they thought I still said yes. They individually squeezed the small tubes in the tub for me, no charge, just to make me, a client who doesn't even use them normally, happy. I can actually see where they squeezed it for me. I called to get my prescriptions refilled for my son and was told that they no longer have an I…read morePledge agreement with the company that makes Accutane, the prescription I've been getting from them for the last 5 months, and we need one more month of to complete the regimen. I was told that I needed to search around for other pharmacies that currently have the "I pledge" agreement in place in order to get the last month of medication that we need. Further, that they didn't have knowledge of what other pharmacies that might have it, but I was given the standard answer of check with Walgreens or CVS. Red Flag #1. Next, I was told that they didn't have TIME to re-enact the I-pledge agreement because they were on hold for too long and that it really wasn't their problem. What?! Red Flag #2. Thirdly, regarding a question about Covid-19 home test kits they claimed that they do not want to carry OTC Covid 19 tests because they thought they were too expensive at $50, and, therefore, they just didn't want to go to the trouble. Red Flag #3. In summation, there was no heads up for my family that we would need to find a new pharmacy for this specific drug that we've been getting from them for the last 5 months. That they are too stupid and/or lazy to remedy the problem. Covid-19 precautions are too much of a hassle for them, and they feel they have no moral, or business ethical reason to take responsibility for anything, saying, "it's not our problem." I live in this area and until today purchase a lot of my stuff here…read more I observed the "supposed store manager" Mr. Tallman and another Walmart personnel "Laughing and Joking like it was a weekend party" while "Real" Walmart employees were doing their jobs. I came up to Mr. "Tallman" which was his name badge and asked him for a minute of his time and he just kept walking away and went to the back area. When I walked up to the back area door, he noticed me and asked what i wanted. "Behind the doors" I went through and asked him to talk to me and then I asked what his name was, at which point he covered his name tag up with his hand so I could not see his name and said he was going to go call 911 on me for being in the back area. I will not go back to this store if this is how a Walmart "Store Manager" handles situations like this. Oh, by the way I'm a Military Veteran and handled myself very professionally in Mr. Tallman's presence, he was the confrontational one.

Over the last 10 years there seems to be a decline in their service and when you are dealing with peoples medications you don't need a decline in service. It's a small charge and most days I can pick up the meds myself, but delivery is a lifesaver for the days I need it! I recently had a pretty rough day with medical news for one of my kids. The pharmacist remembered my stressed call and question from the morning and asked me about it later in the day when I had to pick up meds for a completely new issue. I was thankful that she knew my family and was encouraging towards me after a long day.
