Delicious food! Service treated you like a guest in their own kitchen. The brisket and banana pudding are top notch!

They have a "hotter salsa" if you ask for it. Brisket tacos were delicious. Rice is a little bland, but added some salsa and it was good. He got the guiso verde with beef. He was happy, beef was good. Not really that spicy but he said it was pretty good. Overall, this place has good food. Service can be spotty.

It was totally the worst experience I've ever encountered and they wanted us to pay 50%, Picture shows what could not be eaten, total bill $40. The lady's working couldn't make a decision and we said we have to leave and you need to make a decision when all of a sudden let's make you pay 50% and they threatened the cops, if we left without paying. We're almost 70 and newlyweds and way past senior discount yrs that started some 17 yrs ago and to be treated in such a manor, when we could not eat the meal presented! It's was around 5 pm and I'm a diabetic and that turned out to be the only lunch I had. IT WAS NOT EDIBLE! Too much blue on the inside dining, too much noise from grinding ice for margaritas. The whole experience was autistically, PTSD, ADHD, ADD, schizophrenically challenging, to name a few!!

Always love the tacos here but I have had repeated bad experiences with the ladies here. Ordered 4…read morebreakfast tacos and only got 2 small salsas. Had to pay $1.00 more to get one salsa for each taco. They are the smallest condiment containers and one is not enough for two tacos, if you're only giving one container for two tacos give bigger condiment containers. Asked for salt and pepper and got one tiny pack of each and an attitude. One pack of pepper for four tacos is not a good thing and then to get an attitude is ridiculous. Didn't get my coffee, with requested cream and Splenda when handed my tacos. Asked for it again and was told we don't have Splenda. Then I get handed coffee with one Splenda pack with a nasty look. Good luck treating customers like that. Salt, pepper and Splenda are a small cost to losing a repeat customer. Being snotty and having a negative tone are a bad business model for dealing with customers. Being pleasant, smiling and saying thank you or sorry when you forget a customer's item don't cost anything . Tacos 5 stars Service 0 stars Rounded up to 3 stars because the gentleman who owns it has good food and has always been nice.

I asked if they could do flour tortillas for the tacos but they said they only make them with corn tortillas. Unfortunately, my daughter did not care for the flavor. My wife and I enjoyed ours but didn't really enjoy the Dallas prices. $15 for 5 pretty small tacos seemed a bit much.

We decided to stop by for breakfast this morning. And I am so glad that we did! The mother and…read moredaughter running the place are so friendly and kind! It's a quaint little building on the main road that goes through town. This building has housed many different restaurants in my time. This one is by far my favorite! With the food I had today, I am hopeful that they will do well and stay open! We had the chorizo breakfast burrito and a Barbacoa breakfast burrito. Both were delicious! But the Barbacoa was chef's kiss! It is my favorite Mexican meat so perhaps I am biased. But I do consider myself a bit of a Barbacoa connoisseur. I have had plenty that I did not like. This one, however, was delicious enough to rave about! The homemade tortillas and salsas (quite a few to pick from) were super fresh and flavorful! My favorites were the fire-roasted salsa and the green jalapeño salsa. But all were superb! I cannot wait to try the rest of the menu! We'll definitely be back!
