When I returned to remove it and place the new one I told him I was still in pain and essentially no response. He removed the temp wiped my mouth (without assessing if something else was wrong) and seated the permanent bridge; I've been in pain ever since. The next week I returned and he announced he wanted to do several root canals- to solve the pain problem, I was devastated. I had paid thousands of dollars for a bridge that has hurt to this day and he wanted to do more expensive and painful work. I've seen several endodontists who are unsure which tooth may need a root canal or if that would solve the problem. The prognosis for complete recovery and pain free status is not good and in fact could be this way the rest of my life I do not recommend this dentist or practice. They refused to refund the money for the bridge. Terrible work and customer service.

Not only did the veneer appointment only go half the time (45 minutes rather than 1 1/2) the process went perfectly and smoothly. The first time I saw my teeth, now straight and big enough for my mouth, I genuinely almost dropped the mirror I was so happy. My teeth looked perfect and completely real. I spent the next two weeks just staring at my teeth I was both so happy and so confident in my smile. I now live in a different area for college and the idea of going to a different dentist scares me. Everyone is really nice from front desk to DH, because of the specialty of my case I spent a lot of time there in a small amount of time and so soon people recognized me and were so friendly and helpful. Sad.to leave a group I have been with over 30 years! But enough is enough! I called another office when I hung up, got in at 8am the next day and had the exam and repair done all in the same appointment! Now that is customer service!
