I was five minutes past "their policy window" to be late. Given I have already taken a hour off of work, and they refused to see me because of five extra minutes. She then told me I was "bring ugly to her girl" n wasn't going to print it until I quit asking for it. Then I did get mad when she told she wasn't printing until I went out to lobby. I did n told girl in there what happened. So Brown Hair comes out n tells me I have to leave. Girl beside me said she didn't mind me telling her. So I said Don't send me anything saying I owe $500! 1.5 Hours finally got receipt showing zero balance. She wanted to hide what they had done but people need to know and Brown Hair needs to be gone!

I had waited all numbed up in the chair for the dentist to come in and tell me I didn't need a filling but I had a broken tooth instead. Therefore they gave me a schedule appointment for a crowning. I've been to this location multiple times before for fillings and cleanings and not once have I been notified that I had a broken tooth. It was very random for me to walk away with a numb mouth, no work done and a new appointment for a crowning. I realized my pain was not very severe in the broken tooth so not worth the money to fix at the moment, I put it on hold and canceled the appointment. I left feeling very uncomfortable and unsettled. He told me I had no cavities but proceeded to diagnose me with periodontal disease which at the end of the visit said he could UNDIAGNOSE me for a lesser treatment plan which was still unrelated to what I was there for. The dentist diagnoses this from X-rays alone without even inspecting my teeth. He had treatment plans ready to sell before even viewing my teeth himself. He decided to use google AI as proof that I needed this and when I kept politely declining the service to only have a teeth cleaning he starting using aggressive tone and language and was beyond rude. Needless to say, he had me in tears because I wouldn't pay for his incorrect diagnosis. This facility needs to be reviewed by the board of dentistry for malepractice and harassment. Finally, they had all client information for upcoming appointments with date of births and other confidential information on the screen while I waited.

I was able to get an appointment immediately. The office is lovely, the staff is friendly and everyone was extremely professional. Since then I have been a nervous dental patient. Dr. Glass did ONE shot with (pre-numbing salve) for each tooth he had to work on. That was a relief. (2 shots/2 cavities) The crown was completed early 1:45 vs 2:30 and is holding well. The other filling was completed while the crown was curing. I also had a broken filling and Dr. Glass made a repair to that as well, stopping a food trap. There are 3 dentists and a multitude of dental hygentists in the office. It is run for maximum efficiency. The work is well done and the environment is as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Kim was extremely personable! I was impressed immediately from the fact that she was the one to call us back from the waiting room and do the X-rays herself after taking time to explain what we might see on the new X-rays. She ended up getting SIGNIFICANTLY better images than the ones we had from the other office and was able to prove there was no cavity. The other office was ready to put a crown on that tooth and sealant on all the other molars costing us over $600 AFTER the membership discount from the package we paid for for the year. Where the other office seemed very corporate and all about how many patients they could see at a time and jumping the gun on charging us for unnecessary procedures based on horrible images, Dr. Kim couldn't have been more opposite. She has a small office with only a couple of exam chairs so she can offer more personal treatments.
