She then told me I was "bring ugly to her girl" n wasn't going to print it until I quit asking for it. Then I did get mad when she told she wasn't printing until I went out to lobby. I did n told girl in there what happened. So Brown Hair comes out n tells me I have to leave. Girl beside me said she didn't mind me telling her. So I said Don't send me anything saying I owe $500! 1.5 Hours finally got receipt showing zero balance. She wanted to hide what they had done but people need to know and Brown Hair needs to be gone!

Since then I have been a nervous dental patient. Dr. Glass did ONE shot with (pre-numbing salve) for each tooth he had to work on. That was a relief. (2 shots/2 cavities) The crown was completed early 1:45 vs 2:30 and is holding well. The other filling was completed while the crown was curing. I also had a broken filling and Dr. Glass made a repair to that as well, stopping a food trap. There are 3 dentists and a multitude of dental hygentists in the office. It is run for maximum efficiency. The work is well done and the environment is as comfortable as possible.

When I first visited Dr Runyon's office, I explained my fears to the hygienist as well as my determination to get over them. She was so comforting and understanding. My first time there, they had me fill…read moreout paperwork that said something to the effect of, "Sign stating that you received a copy of this disclaimer"... But the disclaimer was not available. When I asked the front desk, they had no idea where to find the disclaimer. They ended up taking pictures of the Disclaimer from the tablet, then printed off half size blurry and unreadable disclaimer... Then got upset with me when I told them I could not read it. As others have said, they told both my wife and I that we needed dental work that the last dental office did not say we needed. Basically they were just adding stuff that is not needed just to charge up costs. They set up a cleaning for Oct 19 at 2:00 PM. My wife and I took time out of work to be at this appointment. When we walk in, they all quickly put their face mask on, but none of them came to welcome us. After about 30 uncomfortable seconds, one of them asked how they can help us. We told them that we have a cleaning at 2:00 PM. The first person walked into the back (Into the supervisors office). A second person walked in from outside and said, "We are closed"... We said, "We have a cleaning at 2:00"... Her response was, "We are closed". I said, that can't be, because we have a 2:00 o'clock cleaning, and she repeated, "We are closed". A third person walked up and asked how she could help and we said, we have a 2:00 o'clock cleaning and she said, "I don't see you in the system"... we have yet to tell them our name and this is only the second time we have been there. At this point it was clear they did not want our business so we told them to remove us from their system and we left. My suggestion, DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL CLINIC. I will be reporting them to our insurance company as well.
