My…read morehusband had a tooth extracted 4 o'clock day before yesterday today it's 1055 and his tooth is still bleeding. He doesn't smoke. He doesn't grind his teeth. Nothing like the dentist asked me. He's not on blood pressure medicine nothing they could've killed him. I would not recommend going to the dentist, I'm adding pictures of four pillowcases and his pillow that he soaked in blood in one night.

When I asked the front desk, they had no idea where to find the disclaimer. They ended up taking pictures of the Disclaimer from the tablet, then printed off half size blurry and unreadable disclaimer... Then got upset with me when I told them I could not read it. As others have said, they told both my wife and I that we needed dental work that the last dental office did not say we needed. Basically they were just adding stuff that is not needed just to charge up costs. They set up a cleaning for Oct 19 at 2:00 PM. My wife and I took time out of work to be at this appointment. When we walk in, they all quickly put their face mask on, but none of them came to welcome us. After about 30 uncomfortable seconds, one of them asked how they can help us. We told them that we have a cleaning at 2:00 PM. The first person walked into the back (Into the supervisors office). A second person walked in from outside and said, "We are closed"... We said, "We have a cleaning at 2:00"... Her response was, "We are closed". I said, that can't be, because we have a 2:00 o'clock cleaning, and she repeated, "We are closed". A third person walked up and asked how she could help and we said, we have a 2:00 o'clock cleaning and she said, "I don't see you in the system"... we have yet to tell them our name and this is only the second time we have been there. At this point it was clear they did not want our business so we told them to remove us from their system and we left. My suggestion, DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL CLINIC. I will be reporting them to our insurance company as well.

I've never had a problem booking an appointment and once in the lobby I've never had to wait long to be take care of. Best of all, I don't believe I've ever been given the "hard sell"---unlike some dentists I've never felt Dr. Foster or the GDC staff have tried to sell me on cosmetic or unnecessary procedures or surgeries. I would recommend GDC to you if you are looking for a quality dentist in Sumner County.

Scammy, slimy sales tactics full of false allegations and aggressive behavior. The dentist had me…read morein tears as I wanted a simple cleaning and said he could only do a $600 treatment plan. He told me I had no cavities but proceeded to diagnose me with periodontal disease which at the end of the visit said he could UNDIAGNOSE me for a lesser treatment plan which was still unrelated to what I was there for. The dentist diagnoses this from X-rays alone without even inspecting my teeth. He had treatment plans ready to sell before even viewing my teeth himself. He decided to use google AI as proof that I needed this and when I kept politely declining the service to only have a teeth cleaning he starting using aggressive tone and language and was beyond rude. Needless to say, he had me in tears because I wouldn't pay for his incorrect diagnosis. This facility needs to be reviewed by the board of dentistry for malepractice and harassment. Finally, they had all client information for upcoming appointments with date of births and other confidential information on the screen while I waited.

Since then I have been a nervous dental patient. Dr. Glass did ONE shot with (pre-numbing salve) for each tooth he had to work on. That was a relief. (2 shots/2 cavities) The crown was completed early 1:45 vs 2:30 and is holding well. The other filling was completed while the crown was curing. I also had a broken filling and Dr. Glass made a repair to that as well, stopping a food trap. There are 3 dentists and a multitude of dental hygentists in the office. It is run for maximum efficiency. The work is well done and the environment is as comfortable as possible.

We were referred to this amazing Dental team, by the business that we were temporarily renting a home from. My first visit, i was in need of having a crown glued back on. It had popped off, thankfully I didn't damage it...but Dr. Liu put it back in place quickly. This was my first time meeting this wonderful team at HCFD. I've also had two dental cleanings in our first year and they also spotted two very small cavities that I wasn't aware of, as I typically get 3 cleanings a year and take very good care of my teeth. Both cleanings were done by Susan...who is very pleasant, gentle and sweet. :) The fillings were just done today, and they were quick, easy and painless (so small, they didn't require any numbing YAY! Hence taking proactive care before they got worse, it was a simple procedure). I was in and out in 25 minutes!!! Dr. Liu was extremely gently and explained the process as he completed the task. Every staff member was genuine, kind and professional. I am very impressed by the professionalism of this staff. They all go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and don't experience any pain. (No one truly likes dental work, but this team is wonderful!).
