We have been coming here for 2 years now and each and every time is a great experience. They have a few dentists but Dr Kim is the one we see and. he''s friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, listens to our dental concerns and takes his time explaining each procedure. Micaela is my favorite hygienist cuz she's wonderful!, never in a hurry and does a great job cleaning my teeth. Today I came to get my mouth guard fitted and Erica greeted me with a big smile and she was so friendly and caring. We are so happy to finally find a great dental office with friendly staff, reasonable prices and doesn't upsell or do unnecessary procedures. We will continue to recommend them to several of our friends and neighbors.

We were referred to this amazing Dental team, by the business that we were temporarily renting a home from. My first visit, i was in need of having a crown glued back on. It had popped off, thankfully I didn't damage it...but Dr. Liu put it back in place quickly. This was my first time meeting this wonderful team at HCFD. I've also had two dental cleanings in our first year and they also spotted two very small cavities that I wasn't aware of, as I typically get 3 cleanings a year and take very good care of my teeth. Both cleanings were done by Susan...who is very pleasant, gentle and sweet. :) The fillings were just done today, and they were quick, easy and painless (so small, they didn't require any numbing YAY! Hence taking proactive care before they got worse, it was a simple procedure). I was in and out in 25 minutes!!! Dr. Liu was extremely gently and explained the process as he completed the task. Every staff member was genuine, kind and professional. I am very impressed by the professionalism of this staff. They all go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and don't experience any pain. (No one truly likes dental work, but this team is wonderful!). I can't say enough about this practice and I appreciate each and every one of them! The office is gorgeous! It is beautifully and professionally decorated...a very relaxing atmosphere. The minute you walk through the door, you are greeted by Savannah, the front desk administrator, who is top notch in knowing exactly what treatment you are there for and helpful with all the questions and details you may have. Dr. Sims has managed to put together one of the best teams I have ever seen in my 25 years of management experience. Everyone is lovely to deal with. It is obvious after visiting a few times that the employees enjoy and respect each other. Not just by helping each other out so that clients do not wait and are completely informed, but wearing a smile and attitudes that they truly enjoy their jobs. They are so cohesive and efficient. I, personally would like to recognize Lauren, Lindsey and Dr. Jenkins. They all treated me with great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy and listen to what I was talking about rather it was related to my treatment or personal. I have been extremely satisfied with my experience with this practice. As someone who does not usually like a visit to the dentist, I completely forget my purpose for being there. Some of the pluses are wi-fi, Keurig coffee, cold water and health bars. They also have plush throw blankets if you find the temperature too cold for your comfort.. In addition, my root canal and temporary crowns have worked out well and I soon will be completely pain free with beautiful, new and lasting permanent crowns.
