The one on one patient and family interaction whether on the phone or in person makes the difference in making them great doctors. Dr. Kabbany is her primary and has always been there to answer questions and he always shows up at my mothers hospitalizations and if he's unavailable someone from his team is there,Dr.Rubin or Dr.Contractor. It's always reassuring that what happens at her hospitalizations will be communicated to their office when she goes in for her follow up they know everything that happened. He really does care about his patients. My family and I are grateful for his professionalism and kindness that he always shows. Keep up the great work Dr.Kabbany and team we need more caring Dr's like you in healthcare. For the people that didn't feel like they were great hope you find an amazing Dr like Dr.Kabbany. Initially the appt was made at 9:30, we arrived at 9am and was told the dr wouldn't be in the office till 1:30. Ok. Odd but It may have just been a simple mistake so we rescheduled for today at 1:30pm. We arrived at 1pm, we were put in a room, and we waited.... and waited... and waited... till about 2:30 when my dad got frustrated and finally said "let's go!". We were referred by our PCP and I could not believe the service or lack thereof that this place provides to their patients. We left, and we will never come back. This is unacceptable for a medical practice to be ran so poorly and for the doctor to have little to no regard for people's time. FIND ANOTHER NEPHROLOGY OFFICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

From the very first visit, he truly listened to my concerns. He looked at my medications, eliminated some, adjusted others, and added two new ones. By my next appointment, my blood pressure was down, my kidney output had increased, and I had lost 20 pounds of fluid. I honestly felt better than I had in years! Dr. Moe takes the time to explain lab results and treatments in a way that's clear and respectful. He's attentive, genuinely cares about his patients, and never makes me feel rushed--even when his schedule is busy. Dr. Maasarani makes himself available 24-7 for his patients. The staff at Coast Nephrology are very warm hearted, treat patients with respect and care about them just as much as he does. Still waiting for a return phone call from Dr Bryant's office. There was an error on my mother's…read moreprescription. My mother is 90 with COPD and Emphysema. Because of this error, my mother has been without her inhaler for 10 days. Understand she cannot breathe with any exertion. I have called her office 4 times to get the medication corrected and spoke to Jennifer. During today's conversation, Jennifer started laughing. I asked what was so funny? She replied "Oh I have someone in front of me." She has proven over and over that she doesn't care about the patient and is disrespectful. The M A in the back office has always given the impression that she hates her job. Has no patience with the elderly. The wrong inhaler was called into Optum. The pharmacy has been trying to call and fax starting September 5 to Dr Bryant's office with no response. So, to sum this up. 1. Wrong prescription called in to Optum. 2. No return phone calls after many attempts to correct this. Which has delayed treatment since September 5, 2023. 3. Extremely rude and unprofessional front and back office employees. 4. Tried to call again before closing. No response on a Friday night Does not call patent with prescription problem Never calls with test results. My mother has been with Dr Bryant for 24 years. I am writing this because I am tired of having my time treated like it doesn't matter…read more This is now the THIRD MONTH IN A ROW that my appointment with Dr. Fishman has been changed or canceled because of his schedule. The first time, I was told my office appointment was canceled because he would see me at the dialysis facility instead. Fine. I accepted it. The second time, my appointment was canceled because he was on vacation. Again, I accepted it. Now, for the third month in a row, I get another phone call telling me that my office appointment is being changed because he is going to see me at the dialysis center instead. No. At some point, enough is enough. I am a dialysis patient. My life already revolves around treatments, medications, lab work, and medical appointments. When an office gives me an appointment, I arrange my schedule around it. I expect that appointment to be honored. Patients are expected to show up on time, keep their appointments, and respect the doctor's schedule. Why doesn't that same respect go the other way? When I questioned why my appointment was being changed again, I was suddenly offered a virtual appointment for a later date. That immediately raised another question: if a virtual visit was available, why wasn't my original appointment simply kept or converted instead of being canceled? I'm not going to guess why this keeps happening because I don't know. What I do know is that it has happened three months in a row, and that is a pattern. Unfortunately, this isn't the only reason I've become frustrated with this dialysis center. Too often I feel like patients are expected to accept whatever happens without question, even when it repeatedly disrupts our lives. Respect shouldn't only flow in one direction. Dr. Fishman may be busy. I understand doctors have demanding schedules. But patients have lives too. We work, we have families, we arrange transportation, and we organize our entire day around these appointments. Our time is not disposable. After three consecutive appointment changes, I no longer feel that my time is being respected. That is unacceptable, and patients deserve better.

The reason was because they didn't write up the order correctly several times and therefore I had to keep calling back the company to explain that the hospital wasn't willing to set up an appointment until it was written correctly.

I was having a stroke right in his office. I first noticed it when I arrived at the reception desk. The receptionist asked me what doctor I was there to see, and I couldn't talk. That should have been a clue for them to ask me if I was alright, but no, she just told me to have a seat. When I was in with the doctor, I was trying to speak, slurring my words and trying very hard to form each word. I said to him, "I'm not talking too well today." He didn't respond, turned to me and said he would see me in a year and walked out of the exam room. I drove home (yes I did very carefully), and a friend called me as I came in my house. He said he couldn't understand me and he was calling 9-1-1. The paramedics came, started me on an IV, and said their tests indicated I had a stroke and needed to be transported to the hospital. This doctor shouldn't be treating anyone! I wrote him an email, describing my visit to him, and he never responded. I'm not through with him yet!!!
