I submitted pictures of the areas, and from the beginning to end his quote was very accurate with the pricing, I was afraid getting a quote based of the picture and then come out with a totally different total amount after the first in person but he didn't, he pretty much was pretty close to the original quote. Once I told him what I needed, he proceeded to give me a time frame for the work to be done and what I could expect. My prior home was a GJ Gardner home, and the quality of that home is 100% better than this one. There are doors so far out of plumb they won't stay open. The tiles were beginning to crack because of the lack of mortar holding them down. The exterior cement at the patio and driveways look like they were done by a 5 year old. There are cracks in the plaster everywhere, and I mean everywhere. Granted, this house is about 14 years old, but so was the house I moved from and its condition comes no where close to being this bad. I am now convinced his homes are all show and no go. You'd be better off going to a tract builder, paying less, and getting the same quality. Buyer beware.

At that point it all had been done. He blew me off when I called him about the timely delivery of the job. He missed his opportunity to correct the situation. After he discovered my review he called to ask me numerous times to remove it. I told him I would consider updating it. I decided it is an honest review. So I let it stand. Ryan then proceeded to text my husband numerous times asking for review to be removed. He texted my husband 8/7/25, 8/11/25, 12/22/25 and the last one 1/14/26. I actually blocked him on my phone due to his harassment. Now he is posting a false statement of facts. I am not sure of what damages he is referring to me not wanting to pay for. I never threatened him in any kind of way. And yes his employee was in an accident. His steering went out. He called me to let me know. I was inquired of his well being. He stated he was ok the vehicle unfortunately was not. I was simply stating a timeline of missed appointments on their part.
