I was really surprised, but I feel like the hibachi was pretty on par with some of the places in Knoxville. Mind you, I only got the hibachi veggies so it's possible the meats aren't as good, but I really enjoyed what I got. The rice is probably not as good as you get at a sit-down hibachi place, but it was still good. And you get a sizeable portion of shrimp sauce, which is also delicious! The price is reasonable, though pretty close to what you'd pay at a sit-down place; I feel that food trucks often have a bit of a markup. I would return!
