This place was a first for my wife and I and while we enjoyed it and will go back I need to give my…read morehonest opinion. We had the pepperoni rolls which were delicious especially with the red sauce they served with it. Their fresh bread was good. My wife really enjoyed the pepperoni salad. I thought it was good but the banana peppers tasted pickled which i didn't care for. We had the Bianca pizza, which was a flatbread not round and it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. This was the only downside. We did see almost everyone else get the spaghetti and meatballs. Service was great and we were well taken care of.

To be fair this review is for the new restaurant on Cleveland Avenue in North Canton, Ohio. We had…read morefive o'clock reservations for a party of four. We arrived five minutes early but were promptly seated. Our sever was adequate but not real personable. After being seated we were moved to another table but that is fine. Our food arrived within fifteen minutes which is quick in my opinion. I ordered Eggplant Parmesan with Penne pasta. We started with bread and dipping oil. The bread was soft and not made in house and the oil was good. The eggplant was crispy, warm and good although a little soggy in the middle. The pasta was warm at best and there was some dried sauce on top. The pasta was done but needed more sauce. All in all it was just okay. My wife ordered Boston Scrod and said it was as cold and had some seasoning on it. She added it did not have a lot of taste. The pasta that she ordered with the Scrod was cold. The other couple we were with received a sausage Stromboli which was not the original version they ordered. The restaurant just opened so they may be working out their processes, I don't know.

    Angello's 2 Go - Pasquale's Italian sub

I've been meaning to swing by Angello's 2 Go for a while now -- and after finally checking it out,…read morelet me just say: I should've come sooner. This spot may be compact, but it packs the kind of flavor and hospitality that earns a permanent spot in the rotation. I was greeted right away by an incredibly friendly staff member who set the tone for the visit. Even better? A couple of folks were already waiting on their orders and started raving about their go-to favorites. When regulars hype a place unprompted, that's always a good sign. The interior is bright, clean, and has that cool chalk-art wall bursting with personality -- pizzas, eggplants, peppers, the whole Angello's vibe. Between the brick-bottom ovens and the steady flow of takeout orders, you can tell this place is legit. After hearing it recommended more than once, I went with the famous Pasquale's Italian sub -- and wow. Absolute sandwich excellence. The roll alone is worth talking about: Fresh. Soft. Crispy. Literally one of the best sub rolls I've had anywhere. It held up beautifully -- no soggy collapse, even with a generous amount of toppings. Inside, the layers stack up like an Italian deli greatest-hits playlist: thin-sliced meats, crisp lettuce, melty cheese, tomatoes, peppers, and that signature sauce that ties it all together without overwhelming the bread. The flavors play perfectly together -- absolutely craveable. While I only grabbed the sub this time, I've gotta highlight one thing Angello's is known for: their brick-bottom oven pizza. According to a feature on the shop, this style gives their pies a crispy, old-school, no-shortcut kind of finish that fans swear by. It's got that classic, slightly blistered crust that only a brick oven can make happen. Great service. Friendly staff. Killer sub. And a vibe that feels like a neighborhood staple in the making. I'll definitely be adding Angello's 2 Go to my regular rotation -- and next time, that pizza is calling my name. If you're anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and check this spot out. Your taste buds will thank you.

We split the pasquelles sub and my LORD. The bread was to die for. The sandwich itself was quite possibly the best sub I've ever had. The meat, the cheese, THE DRESSING. Absolutely delicious!! If I lived closer, I'd easily have that sub for dinner three nights a week
