New to the area, my dog had an accident inside while I was away. I could smell it but I didn't know…read morefor sure so I cleaned up what I could. gave Len a call. I read the reviews here on yelp and figured why not. Len is great at communication and helped me through the process of what would be the best way to handle my situation. The day of the cleaning Len called me letting me know he wasn't able to make it but i would be in good hands with one of his employees. Alan showed up at my third story apartment and gave me the run down. Found out where the accident took place and had a remedy to elimaye the odor and clean the area. Alan took his time and was very professional. What more could you ask for. Anyways. Len and Alan did an awesome job, from the first phone to the last phone from Len checking up. Great experience and I would recommend to everyone I know.

Owner Heath Mays returned my call for a quote promptly. I live in Pinehurst which is outside of…read moretheir service zone but we worked something out and he made an exception. What attracted me to Pride is that they have a truck mounted steam cleaning system which is much more sanitary and powerful than a 'rug doctor' type of machine (and you never know where those have been or what they've cleaned up before coming to your house...yuck!) The technician that came to my house was on time, efficient and removed a very tough pet stain. They took two area rugs with them to steam clean in the shop. This is the type of service I am accustomed to, coming from Chicago. I found them pricey but still less expensive than others I called who did not even offer this level of service. I will definately use them again and suggest you try them out.
