I read the reviews here on yelp and figured why not. Len is great at communication and helped me through the process of what would be the best way to handle my situation. The day of the cleaning Len called me letting me know he wasn't able to make it but i would be in good hands with one of his employees. Alan showed up at my third story apartment and gave me the run down. Found out where the accident took place and had a remedy to elimaye the odor and clean the area. Len came to clean some upholstery. After looking it all over he said he wouldn't do it! He was uncertain about the fibers. Couldn't guarantee an A+ job. Imagine. He drove here 45 plus minutes and turned down the job? So now he had me. Yes, he did power washing. Yes he would give me an estimate. It was a bit higher than I had in the past, but he said he could get rid of the mildew. The other guys said that too. They didn't. Len did. He also said the windows outside would be very clean. I was very skeptical. They are. I'll have him back next year or maybe sooner to clean some carpet. read more

3 days before Christmas, I called Sparkling Klean to see if there was any chance of getting my carpets and tile cleaned before the Holiday (and my mother in law's arrival!). 8 hours later, I have super clean carpet, rugs that are back to ivory, and sparkling 'klean' tile and grout that went from brown to it's original gray! Len and Alan stayed here until it was done right. They didn't slack, didn't cut corners, and didn't do anything less than the best job I've had done on the carpet in the last 4 years. Seriously. The sparkling clean comment on the tile is no joke. We have pets, kids, red clay soil and not a lot of rugs/filters. Our carpet seems a perennial shade of burnt sienna. Not tonight!! I am eternally grateful to Len and Alan for squeezing us in this evening. I will be calling them after the holiday to do two more rooms in the house. P.s. They have a referral program!
