He quickly got the salt cell replacement going under warranty (no cost to me!) and spec'd out an automation setup. That night, received the quote with a timeline to get the parts/ installation. Price was right. Brian got everything installed and running very quickly (and on time) and was super communicative / timely throughout the process. I also liked that he was able to set a time for a meeting, not a half day time window like so many do (and fail to meet).
