They have the worst food ever and bad service too. I had a very bad experience!!! The food was so bad I took it home to fix it up and it was still terrible!!! They also refused to refused my money after I bought the food back and told them no cheese was on it. I was told they had a no refund policy however, no sign was posted stating that!!! read more

Heavenly Pizza Findlay - This was supposed to be a cheese steak. However, they packed it full of mayo with no cheese and charged me full price. It was terrible!!! - Pizza Near Me - Findlay, Ohio

Great and friendly service. We dined in, restaurant was clean, and food was great. They were busy with carry out orders but our pizza and salads was brought to our table in short order. read more

Placed a pickup order with a pickup time of 5:45 ordered ahead and selected the time knowing that they'd be busy. I took all steps necessary to ensure my order would be ready at the time I selected. Guess what 5:45 rolls around and order isn't anywhere near ready for pickup and is the last ticket in the line I'm told it would be another 10-15 minutes. Disappointed because this is the 2nd time this has happened have, gave them a 2nd chance and it failed again. I'm done and will look to take my business elsewhere. read more

I love pizza and this place is right at the top of my favorites. A friend of mine told me I had to try this place and it was better than promised. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and could not have been more pleased. The sauce was very good and the cheese was cooked to perfection. The crust was very good as well. read more

This place is amazing. I get a pizza here every few weeks when I get paid and it always comes out perfect. Along with the amazing Breakfast Pizza that I get, the work tey have done in my community has been my biggest plus from here. I have recommended many of my friends visiting from other states that we MUST eat here and they are all amazed after. Big big fan! read more

The dough is gummy. The cooks added sugar instead of herbs to the sauce leaving it sweet and lacking. Speaking of lacking. The toppings? Not so heavenly. The thinnest net of cheese was woven over that thick and sticky crust with a few bits and pieces tucked in. There has to be better pizza in Findlay. Go find it. read more

Pizza here is really good, service in my 2 experiences have been terrible. Last weekend (11/10/23) I ordered a jumbo and a large and was told 45 min.... I called back at the one hr mark and they said somehow they lost my order but they would get on it right away... called back in another hr and they told me the same thing... finally they sent the order but it was over 3 hrs wait time for my order. They did remove the charge so no complaint there... now this weekend I decide to give them another try and was told the same thing... 45 min... ended up waiting 1hr and 50 min and they forgot to send a 2 liter.... Pizza is good, but I don't know if I will order from them again. read more

Ordered this pizza about a week ago and it was great. Ordered this pizza agin tonight for myself, 3 year old and 2 year old and had it delivered. It took just under an hour for the 1 large pizza to arrive (which is fine) but it had probably been sitting for a bit. I opened the pizza and it was so soggy the pieces were falling apart. Gross. So I called and spoke to the manager who told me that they would come and swap it out for a new one. I explained that I had hungry toddlers so I would need to maybe feed them some toppings off of their halve as they aren't able to understand why there is a pizza sitting here for dinner and they cannot eat. The manager stated that the pizza needs to be completely intact with none of it eaten and that since it's a Friday she could not predict when my replacement pizza would arrive at my house. Bummer because their pizza is pretty good when it's done right. I will not be ordering from them again in the future as I'm pretty unhappy with their customer service. Edited to add. It's been 40 minutes and I still have not received my "replacement pizza". read more

The food is good. How ever my last experience is 100% unacceptable. Let me start with this: But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said to him, 'I have bought a field, and I must go out and see it. Please have me excused. Luke 14:18 I order via Grub Hub. It was delivered and I mentioned to the drive that I ordered a 2 liter bottle of DR. Pepper. Her comment was immediate and said the male manager said to her "no the order was for a 20 oz!" Well I ordered a 2 Liter I called Heavenly Pizza and talk to a female who said she was the manager. I explained the situation and it sounded like she was going to send a driver out to swap a 2 liter for the 20 oz. But I was then put on hold. She came back on and blamed Grub Hub. I explained that it is their business responsibility as well and they could be the better person. The answer was a no. So I offered to come pick it up myself and clean up both their mistakes at the cost of a bad review. The answer was that was fine. Amazing service, first pizza I tried in Findlay and it blew my mine and affordable my family loves heavenly and wonderful owner as well

I ordered Meat Lasagna, Deluxe Pizza, Cheese Bread Sticks, and Cauliflower Crust Pizza. Everything was pretty good, and they had quality toppings. The only negatives that I can say is, I thought that the sauce was a little too sweet for my liking, and I think that the price point on the specialty pizzas are about $2 too high. All and all a good place to get pizza, and the best cauliflower crust in town. read more

It could be, quite possibly, the best slice in town. That's saying a lot with how many pizza shops there are in town. This pizza place is native to my hometown, Tiffin, and is nearly an identical copy when it comes to the food. The menu is the same, and has everything I want from a local pizza spot. The location is perfect for me- extremely close. I nearly always get a large cheese pizza. This is the best way to judge how adept the shop is at turning a pie. The crust is semolina laden, the sauce is a touch sweet, and the cheese has just the right amount of pull and salt. I may be biased here, but I'm pretty sure this is the perfect slice. A good amount of rise on the dough, and the toothiness is perfect. The service has always been prompt at this location, which is more than I can say for their Tiffin location. AJs and Joey Fratello's are competing for best slice in Findlay! read more

Completely unacceptable customer service. Ordered 2 subs (a pizza and an Italian) and a medium pizza. We had the food delivered, pizza was cold and neither sub was what we ordered. Called the store to tell them of the mistake they made and was put on hold for 8 mins while waiting for a manager. When she gets on the phone and we tell her the mistake she says she will get our subs to us but can't say how long (this is a Monday night!). When we say we hope it's not going to be another hour she reply's no promises and that they only messed up a couple subs. Are you kidding me!!! You should be making us a priority since you messed our order up and at least show some remorse for messing up our order. Will never order here again!!! read more

Drove all the way from Cincinnati to meet my parents for my belated birthday celebration (they drove down from Michigan). I had seen the good reviews for Heavenly Pizza and wanted to give it a try. Very seldom has a meal been so satisfying :) The pizza and cheesy bread sticks were terrific. The slightly sweet taste of the sauce and the soft, flavor-filled crust set this pizza apart from others. We met at Jac & Do's last year, and while it was good, the entire experience was rather forgettable. Today, we were greeted with a very clean dining area, friendly employees, and enough food for two meals. A 16-inch pepperoni pizza, a generous portion of cheesy bread sticks, a half meatball sub (which had to be about 10 inches long), and three 20-ounce soft drinks were only $24. read more

Pizza is horrible. Crust has no flavor. Sauce has a funky flavor. I eat pizza about 3 times per week and i make a better homemade pizza that is 100x better than this pizza. Don't bother and find something else. read more

I discovered this place while visiting Findlay over the weekend. I definitely plan to drop by the next time I am in town. The service was very courteous, and I was delighted to find cauliflower crust pizza on the menu. I just wish that the cauliflower crusts were available in larger sizes. read more

Probablly the best pizza in town. I've never actually gone in to eat, I always order delivery. They always say 45-60 mins, and they are always on my door step with my pizza within 30-40 mins. Also, the owner- Josh is a good dude. Always smiling when I see him around. The only "complaint" I would say is that they charge alittle bit extra to deliver outside Findlay.... my house is literally 2 mins outside of Findlay, and my house is actually closer to their store than when I lived in Findlay, but rules are rules, and the za is amazing, so I pay the extra. I still give them 5 stars. read more

Got a pizza delivered, had I think was a roach in it. Manager refused to believe me. Never ordering again.

Wow!!! Never again!!! Wings were soggy, cookie was burnt, pizza had super light toppings and extra crust!!!!

The best pizza in town, no doubt about it. Heavenly Pizza does an incredible amount for the community and those less fortunate. The owner being of Faith really shows. Support local business! read more

The pizza is very good, and can be had at a reasonable price if you get one of their specials. It is my gf's favorite pizza place in town (not my personal favorite, but still very good). The kids that work here are always super friendly and helpful. They've even offered to carry the food out to my car on a couple occasions when I have large orders. read more

People have very strong opinions about their pizza and I'm not particularly one of those people, because it has to be really bad for me to not eat it :) I really love Heavenly pizza because you can get a jumbo pizza for a good price that feeds an enormous amount of hungry children (and adults). The sauce is a little sweet, which I like, and the pizza itself is doughy (in a good way) with plentiful toppings. Their antipasto salad is so good- always crisp, fresh lettuce and tons of goodies in there. The staff here is always extremely friendly, both on the phone and in person. I enjoy other pizza places in Findlay, but 9 times out of 10, Heavenly pizza is definitely my go-to pizza place for a good meal that feeds a large family at a reasonable price! Note: I also appreciate their Facebook posts that show new menu items and promotions! :) read more

The pizza it ok nothing to brag about. We get it delivered and the last few times it has taken over an hour and half to get the pizza and I only live 4 miles from the pizza shop. If you are looking a great pizza and good customer service this may not be the place you want to order from! read more

Get the Jumbo Pizza. No one in town makes this sort of thick crust anymore except them and it has the best taste for crust and sauce. It might lack a little bit on the toppings but not enough to take a star off of the review. read more

Not really my thing. I had a pizza a long time ago from the Tiffin store and it was super. I've tried the Findlay store 3 or 4 times now with the last being quite a while ago. So last night I thought I'd give them another try. Ordered a Pepperoni Lovers and if that's what they call triple pepperoni and triple cheese, I'd hate to see a regular pie. On the phone I was told 30 to 35 minutes. At 25 minutes my pizza had been sitting for a while. Additionally I ordered mushrooms, checked the pie before I drove away, and not a mushroom in sight. Went back in and they refunded the item charge for the mushrooms. At home since the pizza had been sitting when I picked it up I needed to reheat it and I live less than a mile from the store. IMO, my pizza was on par with or maybe a little better than some of the chain pizzas I only EVER eat when they're served at a meeting or some other function, and honestly for the cost a $5 pickup pizza is almost a better value. I'll stick with the local place that's been around for 60+ years or even the wood fired place downtown for pizza I know I like, and have change left in my pocket when I'm done. read more
