Placed a pickup order with a pickup time of 5:45 ordered ahead and selected the time knowing that they'd be busy. I took all steps necessary to ensure my order would be ready at the time I selected. Guess what 5:45 rolls around and order isn't anywhere near ready for pickup and is the last ticket in the line I'm told it would be another 10-15 minutes. Disappointed because this is the 2nd time this has happened have, gave them a 2nd chance and it failed again. I'm done and will look to take my business elsewhere. read more

This place is amazing. I get a pizza here every few weeks when I get paid and it always comes out perfect. Along with the amazing Breakfast Pizza that I get, the work tey have done in my community has been my biggest plus from here. The dough is gummy. The cooks added sugar instead of herbs to the sauce leaving it sweet and lacking. Speaking of lacking. The toppings? Not so heavenly. Pizza here is really good, service in my 2 experiences have been terrible. Last weekend (11/10/23) I ordered a jumbo and a large and was told 45 min.... I called back at the one hr mark and they said somehow they lost my order but they would get on it right away... called back in another hr and they told me the same thing... finally they sent the order but it was over 3 hrs wait time for my order. They did remove the charge so no complaint there... now this weekend I decide to give them another try and was told the same thing... 45 min... ended up waiting 1hr and 50 min and they forgot to send a 2 liter.... Ordered this pizza about a week ago and it was great. Ordered this pizza agin tonight for myself, 3 year old and 2 year old and had it delivered. It took just under an hour for the 1 large pizza to arrive (which is fine) but it had probably been sitting for a bit. I opened the pizza and it was so soggy the pieces were falling apart. Gross. So I called and spoke to the manager who told me that they would come and swap it out for a new one. I explained that I had hungry toddlers so I would need to maybe feed them some toppings off of their halve as they aren't able to understand why there is a pizza sitting here for dinner and they cannot eat. The manager stated that the pizza needs to be completely intact with none of it eaten and that since it's a Friday she could not predict when my replacement pizza would arrive at my house. Bummer because their pizza is pretty good when it's done right. I will not be ordering from them again in the future as I'm pretty unhappy with their customer service. Edited to add. The food is good. How ever my last experience is 100% unacceptable. Let me start with this: But they all alike began to make excuses. I explained the situation and it sounded like she was going to send a driver out to swap a 2 liter for the 20 oz. But I was then put on hold. She came back on and blamed Grub Hub. I explained that it is their business responsibility as well and they could be the better person. The answer was a no. So I offered to come pick it up myself and clean up both their mistakes at the cost of a bad review. The answer was that was fine. I ordered Meat Lasagna, Deluxe Pizza, Cheese Bread Sticks, and Cauliflower Crust Pizza. Everything was pretty good, and they had quality toppings. The only negatives that I can say is, I thought that the sauce was a little too sweet for my liking, and I think that the price point on the specialty pizzas are about $2 too high. It could be, quite possibly, the best slice in town. That's saying a lot with how many pizza shops there are in town. This pizza place is native to my hometown, Tiffin, and is nearly an identical copy when it comes to the food. The menu is the same, and has everything I want from a local pizza spot. The location is perfect for me- extremely close. I nearly always get a large cheese pizza. This is the best way to judge how adept the shop is at turning a pie. The crust is semolina laden, the sauce is a touch sweet, and the cheese has just the right amount of pull and salt. I may be biased here, but I'm pretty sure this is the perfect slice. A good amount of rise on the dough, and the toothiness is perfect. The service has always been prompt at this location, which is more than I can say for their Tiffin location. AJs and Joey Fratello's are competing for best slice in Findlay! read more

Completely unacceptable customer service. Ordered 2 subs (a pizza and an Italian) and a medium pizza. We had the food delivered, pizza was cold and neither sub was what we ordered. Called the store to tell them of the mistake they made and was put on hold for 8 mins while waiting for a manager. When she gets on the phone and we tell her the mistake she says she will get our subs to us but can't say how long (this is a Monday night!). When we say we hope it's not going to be another hour she reply's no promises and that they only messed up a couple subs. Are you kidding me!!! You should be making us a priority since you messed our order up and at least show some remorse for messing up our order. Will never order here again!!! read more

Drove all the way from Cincinnati to meet my parents for my belated birthday celebration (they drove down from Michigan). I had seen the good reviews for Heavenly Pizza and wanted to give it a try. Very seldom has a meal been so satisfying :) The pizza and cheesy bread sticks were terrific. The slightly sweet taste of the sauce and the soft, flavor-filled crust set this pizza apart from others. We met at Jac & Do's last year, and while it was good, the entire experience was rather forgettable. Today, we were greeted with a very clean dining area, friendly employees, and enough food for two meals. A 16-inch pepperoni pizza, a generous portion of cheesy bread sticks, a half meatball sub (which had to be about 10 inches long), and three 20-ounce soft drinks were only $24. read more

Probablly the best pizza in town. I've never actually gone in to eat, I always order delivery. They always say 45-60 mins, and they are always on my door step with my pizza within 30-40 mins. Also, the owner- Josh is a good dude. Always smiling when I see him around. The only "complaint" I would say is that they charge alittle bit extra to deliver outside Findlay.... my house is literally 2 mins outside of Findlay, and my house is actually closer to their store than when I lived in Findlay, but rules are rules, and the za is amazing, so I pay the extra. People have very strong opinions about their pizza and I'm not particularly one of those people, because it has to be really bad for me to not eat it :) I really love Heavenly pizza because you can get a jumbo pizza for a good price that feeds an enormous amount of hungry children (and adults). The sauce is a little sweet, which I like, and the pizza itself is doughy (in a good way) with plentiful toppings. Their antipasto salad is so good- always crisp, fresh lettuce and tons of goodies in there. The staff here is always extremely friendly, both on the phone and in person. I enjoy other pizza places in Findlay, but 9 times out of 10, Heavenly pizza is definitely my go-to pizza place for a good meal that feeds a large family at a reasonable price! Not really my thing. I had a pizza a long time ago from the Tiffin store and it was super. I've tried the Findlay store 3 or 4 times now with the last being quite a while ago. So last night I thought I'd give them another try. Ordered a Pepperoni Lovers and if that's what they call triple pepperoni and triple cheese, I'd hate to see a regular pie. On the phone I was told 30 to 35 minutes. At 25 minutes my pizza had been sitting for a while. Additionally I ordered mushrooms, checked the pie before I drove away, and not a mushroom in sight. Went back in and they refunded the item charge for the mushrooms. At home since the pizza had been sitting when I picked it up I needed to reheat it and I live less than a mile from the store. IMO, my pizza was on par with or maybe a little better than some of the chain pizzas I only EVER eat when they're served at a meeting or some other function, and honestly for the cost a $5 pickup pizza is almost a better value. I'll stick with the local place that's been around for 60+ years or even the wood fired place downtown for pizza I know I like, and have change left in my pocket when I'm done. read more
