The pizza was delicious- until while taking a bite I see a black hair sticking out between the mushrooms- (fyi the people eating bothhave long blonde hair). Obviously we couldn't eat after finding this- I called the restaurant and they said we could either get a new pizza or a $6 refund for our $28 pizza!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? Waited 50 mins for our new pizza- ridiculous- terrible customer service! should have had a FULL refund AND new pizza delivered! Accidents happen, but the manager didn't handle this correctly. The pizza was really good. I usually prefer a deep dish pizza, but this thin crust cheese was delish. What's worth 5 stars, though, is that they were here in no time. FAST!! And the driver was appropriately protected per the state's guidelines. I know they can't always be this quick: if it was busier there I would have had to wait longer here....but I'll call again in the future and take my chances! read more

It's Monday night and we are on our way home from Ohio. As we are approaching the Findlay area we said we can't go back to Indiana without stopping in for some of the best pizza around! Nothing fancy about this place, just honest to goodness fresh baked pizza! They have the best pizza crust around. Nice, thin crust with just the right amount of chewy goodness. The edges (my favorite pieces) are baked to perfection with just that little snap of yum with each bite you take! Not only is their crust fantastic, it's topped with just the right amount of pizza sauce and toppings. Since my hubby likes anchovies, but I'm not a fan, we opted for a half anchovy, half pepperoni tonight. For a 12 inch pizza, we paid $7, what a deal! Since we were in a hurry to get on the road and get back to Indy, we called ahead to order our pizza and it was just about ready when we arrived. I paid for the pizza and sat down for a minute and the clerk brought out my prized pizza to go. Once I got it to the car we could hardly wait to eat it. The smell was driving us and our two small dogs crazy! We sat in the parking lot and chowed down a few pieces while it was still hot, Mmm. The only thing missing was an ice cold beer, but since we were driving, we had to skip it for this time...darn! A lot of local residents love this restaurant and recommend it. After moving my daughter back to Findlay University for the school year, we stopped in for a bite. The 21 inch pizza fed 4 of us and we still had leftovers. The breadsticks we ordered were very good. Warning: it gets very busy on Friday night. Ordered subs and salad for the first time 1/20/18 from Jac n dos on tiffin ave. Unfortunately they got a couple thing's wrong so we called to have it fixed. The owner of the store went on a raging rant when I informed him. He said it wasn't wrong I asked to send driver back to check he refused! Long story short very rude man he did however replace 1 sub but not before saying we did it ourselves. Had to threaten to stop cc payment for that. Btw Im a senior citizen at senior tower's, my daughter allergic to lettuce and they put it on her sub after being ordered without. This man yelled screamed and acted a fool over a wrong order. Won't order from TIFFIN ave again but go ahead and order from Trenton ave it is an awesome place to eat. That man needs anger management! read more

One of my all time favorite pizza parlors. The magic is in their crust and sauce. Thin & crispy (with still some chew to it) always cooked perfect. Towards the end of the baking, I always see the guys checking the bottom of the pizza with a peel to get it just right. Our favorite stop on our way home from Tiffin, Ohio back to Indiana. They are located in Findlay, Ohio and if you want something more upscale or fancy keep looking...if you want one of the best artisan hand tossed custom baked pizzas this is your spot. They also have salads, subs etc and Yuengling Draft served in chilled mugs or Yuengling Light in bottles. They have one other draft (I believe it is Bud Light) plus various other in bottles. One of my favorites is a 9" Anchovy only (with cheese & sauce of course) with a cold Draft beer in a chilled mug. We also get a 14" usually 1/2 Pepperoni & Mushroom and the other 1/2 with varied toppings each visit. We call ahead about 15 minutes before getting into Findlay, get there, pay, get our cold frosted brews and right about then they bring out a bubbling hot pizza. Makes the trip back home so much better! read more

I wish I could give less than 1. If you are going to eat jac & do's in Findlay use the Trenton Ave location. I'm a huge fan usually but have never ordered from this location and won't ever again. My dad took us to dinner every Friday night at the Trenton Ave location this tradition has now lasted through 4 generations of my family. He told me I forgot to order no lettuce I'm 35 I remember to order my food without something that could send me into anaphylactic shock. I asked him to send driver back to check he refused! I offered to send pictures. He even went as far as to tell me I did it myself to pick a fight. Had to threaten to stop cc payment to get him to replace the sub. All I wanted was a correctly made sub one without lettuce witch I have a reaction to that's similar to having a nut allergy. He had the nerve to tell me I was making this up because I didn't want to pay for my food. In reality I just didn't want to go to the ER for a shot. There was also missing toppings on 2 of the other subs but not a reason to have them remade. my mom is a senior citizen at senior tower's, im allergic to lettuce and they put it on my sub after being ordered without. Witch was the complaint I had. All I wanted was my sub remade so I didn't get sick. When trying to have the error fixed the owner yelled screamed and acted a fool over a wrong order. Ordered the taco pizza and was pleased with the results. Good thin crust that was baked just right and also actually tasted like an actual taco pizza should taste. A little taco sauce on it tops it off. I got it delivered and it only took 35 minutes when they said 45 so that was nice. Only drawback is that it is a little pricey, $22 for a large specialty, but still a solid place to get a pizza at once in a while. read more

Local favorite. The crust is super thin and the toppings are piled on. Family favorites are the chicken bacon ranch pizza, heavy on the sauce, the hoagies, and the Italian grinders. Dining in is a flash back as the booths and carpets haven't been changed in my lifetime. There's several video games and a few beers on tap so it's a good spot for the whole family. Prices are good and the staff is friendly. Not surprising that you'll find the place full most nights you walk in. read more
