Very fortunate that I did because my lashes were in trouble from getting them done by someone not as knowledgeable. Donna restored my lash extensions, set me up with a proper lash care plan and several visits later my lash extensions were absolutely stunning. I would not trust my lashes with anyone else. I did make an appointment on a Tuesday evening and I showed up early for it and was seated right away for my pedicure and manicure. Both my manicure and pedicure came out great ! Will definitely be back for this again! I also noticed they did waxing and other "permanent makeup" procedures such as eye brows and I will say I'm interested in doing one of these services next. It looks like a lot of people get their brows done here from the other reviews I saw. The people working there also all had very good eyebrows and I don't think that's a coincidence.

I did my research on her company facebook page and after reading so many reviews and seeing before and after pics, I decided to book an appointment for the Full Set of Classic Lashes. Arriving at Neeta's Spa, I was pleasantly surprised at how big and spacious it is. It was very clean and she greeted me right away. Getting the lash extensions only took about an hour and Neeta did a good job of listening to the type of look I wanted as well as recommending what would look best for my eye shape. It was neither painful nor uncomfortable. My eyes were poppin' due to these extensions! They looked so good and now I'm addicted and make a point to go get refills every three weeks! I saw an ad for Coco Beauty Bar & Medical Spa on Facebook promoting Tox for $10/unit. The main ad…read moreand the grey promotional image did NOT mention any minimum purchase, and nothing indicated that I would be required to buy a large number of units. It wasn't until I clicked through to a second page after the fact .. that a 50-unit minimum was written at the very bottom -- in tiny print....easy to overlook. I paid a $50 deposit based on the ad. When I arrived, I was first told I "needed" 90 units -- which would have cost $900. I was then told about the 50-unit minimum, which I had never seen listed on the original ad. I called back trying to work it out by asking if I could simply purchase regular-priced Botox by the unit instead. The ad said their regular price is $13/unit, but I was told that the regular price is $16/unit, and that they would not open a vial for a small number of units. I asked for my deposit back since the pricing and requirements were not clearly disclosed. They kept my $50 deposit. I'm sharing this so others know to read every page carefully. The minimum purchase requirement and price inconsistencies were not made clear up front. I hope the business updates its advertising to be more transparent.
