I did my research on her company facebook page and after reading so many reviews and seeing before and after pics, I decided to book an appointment for the Full Set of Classic Lashes. Arriving at Neeta's Spa, I was pleasantly surprised at how big and spacious it is. It was very clean and she greeted me right away. Getting the lash extensions only took about an hour and Neeta did a good job of listening to the type of look I wanted as well as recommending what would look best for my eye shape. It was neither painful nor uncomfortable. My eyes were poppin' due to these extensions! They looked so good and now I'm addicted and make a point to go get refills every three weeks! Neeta really knows what she's doing. I think that this is definitely the kind of place to go if you want to get nicely done eyelashes and not pay a ton of money. I booked eyebrow threading for the first time here with Jezrell. Before the appointment I received…read morean email saying to be on time (understandable) and that I could be charged late fee of 15$ if I'm 5 minutes late. The email also said to text/call Jezrell once arrived outside the building because all doors are locked. I arrived ten minutes early and texted Jezrell but she didn't answer. I figured she was busy with another client especially since I was early so I waited. I called 5 minutes after my appointment but again no answer. I ended up waiting 25 more minutes and I did not know how much longer I had to wait so I just left. I think I would have waited longer if someone had texted back giving me a time frame of when I can go in or if I didn't have to wait in my car in an empty parking lot. It was only after I left Jezrell texted me back and apologized. This was only my first time so I don't know if they are always like this. It might have just been my luck. But if this happen quite often I don't think it's fair to charge the customer a late fee for being only 5 minutes late. I do appreciate that Jezrell texted me back afterwards, apologized and offered to reschedule. But I'm going to try other places first before coming back to this one.

An encounter in the wild led me to her studio, Sisters Brow Bar (bc as we know, our brows are sisters, not twins). I was able to make a same day appointment by texting her and she was available for when I needed. She also had a lot of other availability on future dates. You can schedule online as well. I arrived and within 30 minutes, i was done and the brows were under control and framing my face just as they should. Incredible value, and a chill area to shape everything back up. Having said that, I did not go there for that experience and while it always helps, at the end of the day I went there to get my nails done. I had been referred to by a coworker and that combined with the reviews on Yelp were the motivating factor to choose Kiss My Nails over other competitors. I would have given this business 5 stars if it had not been for these three things: * They did not push my cuticles down (and to be honest I did not even realize this at first) I believe the nails would've looked nicer and neater had the cuticles been pushed and the excess skin trimmed off. * The shape of the nail is not natural, IMHO. You can see in one of the pictures how the actual nail is very flat and does not have a natural curve/dome in the middle. They could have shaped them and built up a little gel in that middle area to create an appealing curvature to the nail. * They left topcoat on and around and under my nails. You can barely see this in the picture, but that is because I cleaned up the dried up topcoat with acetone when I got home. Dried up topcoat on the skin is very uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I was expecting that at the very least. Having said all that, I would recommend the place and will probably go again with the constructive criticism I have listed here. If they correct the things I mention the second time, I would definitely consider making it my go-to nail salon, but that's not the case at the moment.

I waited for my wife to complete her manicure and we left. Total disrespect. We will not be back. We went there once a month. We will not be back.
