A host is there waiting for you as soon as you walk in, which I love (I personally hate when I walk into a nail salon and they yell, "how can I help you??" And I have to yell back that I want my upper lip waxed, it's embarrassing when there's a room full of people now staring in your lady mustache ) but not at this place! You can walk in and talk barely above a whisper to the host to tell them exactly what you're there for. I did make an appointment on a Tuesday evening and I showed up early for it and was seated right away for my pedicure and manicure. Both my manicure and pedicure came out great ! Will definitely be back for this again! I also noticed they did waxing and other "permanent makeup" procedures such as eye brows and I will say I'm interested in doing one of these services next. It looks like a lot of people get their brows done here from the other reviews I saw. The people working there also all had very good eyebrows and I don't think that's a coincidence.

I don't know metal was in the polish so she used this small magnet to create the effects. Check the video of how they look in the sun! Next time im trying a darker color. Instead, I sat there for an entire hour with no water in the bowl and no one starting my service. I also asked for an eyebrow wax, which was never done during that entire time. Throughout the hour I was sitting there, employees repeatedly looked at me and walked past without communicating any updates or acknowledging how long I had been waiting. At one point, one of my friends laughed and an employee told her to be quiet because "people come here to relax." I found that extremely rude and unprofessional, especially considering we were paying customers who had already been sitting around waiting far longer than we were originally told. I was finally helped around 5:50 PM, only 10 minutes before they close at 6:00 PM. Even after my pedicure was finally started, the service was extremely disorganized. One employee started my pedicure and then stopped in the middle of my service to go help another customer. A completely different employee came over and continued my pedicure, then he stopped as well, and the original employee eventually came back just to paint my toes. I was essentially passed back and forth between employees after already waiting over an hour to even be serviced. I understand that businesses get busy, especially on weekends, but I arrived an hour and 35 minutes before closing, which is a completely reasonable amount of time to come in for a service. If they did not have enough time or staff to accommodate me, I would have much rather been told that when I arrived instead of being quoted 45 minutes, left sitting in a pedicure chair for an additional hour, and then passed between employees once my service finally began. Overall, the lack of communication, extremely long wait, disorganized service, and the way we were treated made this experience very disappointing and unacceptable. If you cannot properly accommodate a customer before closing, be upfront about it instead of having them wait around for nearly an hour and a half and then rushing and switching employees throughout their service.

No one made me aware of this until about 10:30 when i grabbed my purse and stood up to leave. No one offered me a bottle of water or anything. Once my appt started she applied a few nails on one hand then swapped out with another tech. (I believe the first tech was the owner & second was Michelle) Once she got settled and started everything went well. My finished product was nice. I would return to give them another chance and hope that the booking error was one off. I had to attend a graduation in another city, so getting a 50 min delay on an appt was VERY unfortunate.

I've been getting Pedicures for 30 yrs mthly and Always Hot paraffin wax is hot, feels like thick wax and up to ankles. No massage & chair massagers not good.
