I booked eyebrow threading for the first time here with Jezrell. Before the appointment I received…read morean email saying to be on time (understandable) and that I could be charged late fee of 15$ if I'm 5 minutes late. The email also said to text/call Jezrell once arrived outside the building because all doors are locked. I arrived ten minutes early and texted Jezrell but she didn't answer. I figured she was busy with another client especially since I was early so I waited. I called 5 minutes after my appointment but again no answer. I ended up waiting 25 more minutes and I did not know how much longer I had to wait so I just left. I think I would have waited longer if someone had texted back giving me a time frame of when I can go in or if I didn't have to wait in my car in an empty parking lot. It was only after I left Jezrell texted me back and apologized. This was only my first time so I don't know if they are always like this. It might have just been my luck. But if this happen quite often I don't think it's fair to charge the customer a late fee for being only 5 minutes late. I do appreciate that Jezrell texted me back afterwards, apologized and offered to reschedule. But I'm going to try other places first before coming back to this one.

My regular girl (Jade) was out on maternity leave so I had to see her replacement Chastity. If you have the option, DO NOT GO TO CHASTITY. My hair is LITERALLY turning orange from highlights I received from her. I also let them know I am not satisfied with the service provided and she never even attempted to contact me or make it tight which made me even more angry. She let me sit in the blower to blow dry my hair cause she didn't have time to finish my appointment but still charged my the full $220 for a partial highlight, I feel like I got screwed out of what could have been a great highlight for a wedding I had in December and will still not wear my hair down because it literally looks like shit. I have the most chunky highlights and feel like I look like Kelly Clarkson from the 2000s.... I hate my hair. See pictures. Please reconsider if you have to schedule with chastity.
