Dear, Heaven Snow Management Yesterday on 07/11/18 at about 8:45 - 9:00 PM i visited your Ceres location. When i arrived home i found big amounts of plastic in my Shaved ice. The plastic that was found in my shaved ice is blue and clear and i can only assume cam from the bag of the ice. I have visited this location several times and have never experienced this. I have called the (209) 872-8881 number several times and have not got a answer. I would like to speak with management immediately and resolve this issue. I have saved all the plastic and remaining snow just to show you how awful is it. The customer service and Carmel Apple snow will always have me coming back. Management responded and resolved the issue. The customer service here is great. My next visit i had a delicious Carmel apple snow and with no surprises this time. The staff really went the extra mile to apologize for the inconvenience and even threw in a extra lollipop. read more

Go through the drive through to order & yet they tell me yo park & had me a buzzer to pick up at the front. I had to park & get out of my car when I have little children with me. Three young girls working & my order was not ready when buzzed. They messed up twice from what I can see & remade 3 or 4 of my order. Not happy about service & when handed to me, they were spilling all over my hands & clothes. The pro is they they were flavorful but overall service & quality was poor. Music too loud. I love this place. The drink flavors are absolutely incredible. I do not have a favorite flavor because like a little kid I usually try a different combination of flavors every time I go. my first time trying this place. we were in the mood for some icee's after being outside in the heat watching a kid's football game in Turlock. we stopped by Heaven Snow on the way home & I am glad we did! I didn't realize it was going to be like a tiny little shack/shop but it was cute & the two girls working were very nice. i spent $10.25 on a lemonade slushee and the caramel apple icee. I only wish they had a secondary location closer to home. No other snow cone will ever compare to the snow cones here! I don't know how they do it, but there is flavor throughout the entire cone! I'm use to the flavor melting away from the ice or it getting bland over time but I don't get that with their snow cones!! The staff is very energetic, friendly, and helpful. I use to love going to the place because I had great customer service. Until a few days ago I went and the older lady was not there, it was nothing but kids tha was running the place and they were very rude. I get that no more than 2 cars can be in drive thru only when I read the sign but the younger ladies provided me wrong information and said no more than 3 so I was confused when I was the 3rd car. Then I waited to drive up to drive up and be informed there need to be a mask in order to order items I wanted. If that's the case that should be on the sign as well. Service use to be good and fast but now it's less homely and just a mess of rudeness coming from teenagers that loudly talk about their personal business while customers are in the drive thru. read more

I would have put 5 stars because their shaved ice is the best I've ever had, but I'm putting 1 star because today 6/13/18, I had terrible service :/ There were 2 young girls working at the Ceres location sometime after 1:30 PM. While waiting in line, there were 2 guys ordering before me, myself, a group of 3 girls and 1 gentleman. 7 people total, including myself, in line. So why did every single person get their order, but me? I only had ordered 1 shaved ice for myself, yet everyone else got theirs. Though I was under the shade, I waited 35 minutes in 96 degree weather, watching them make everyone else's orders. As I was waiting, the last gentleman that ordered after me, clearly saw how upset I was that they had forgotten to make my order. He brought it to their attention and the girl making the shaved ice, noticed I was upset too, but still made his order. She did not attempt to make the situation right. After the gentleman got his order, he suggested I make a negative review of the terrible service. I have never made a bad review about a company before, but after the experience I had, I decided this would be the first one. The girl who made my order did not make a sincere apology for making me wait 35 minutes, having to watch everyone else enjoy their shaved ice on a hot summer day, because she forgot my order. I clearly wasn't standing close enough for them to see how long I was waiting. I was just another customer to get out of the way. There were no positive incentives for the terrible service I was given or anything to keep me as a customer. I took my shaved ice and left. I wish I could have enjoyed it like all the other customers did today, but my feelings did not matter to them. I hope I have better luck at the Turlock location instead. read more

When Heaven Snow first opened and for a couple years after, they had the best tasting flavors, you could actually taste the flavors. Last year it started you cannot taste the flavor, I think they either changed the the brand or they are diluting the flavors. I will not buy any more from the Ceres shaved ice. I'm very sorry to have to stop buying l had enjoyed the shaved ice and so did my family. read more
