Beware of the RSVC and Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic, 55 Elizabeth Street, SW1W 9PP. They take no accountability or responsibilities for their actions. It blind leading blind. After the RSVC take months to response. The outcome can be describe as alarming and dreadful. It can be said that the RSVC is just as disturbed as the vet in question. And also the other vets who gleefully gleamed because they thought lying, starving, maiming, and hurting defenceless animals was humorous. Our belove pet eventually died from his injuries. Following an investigation, the RSVC failed to address any of our complaints, including the vet in question's negligent attitude and practice. Instead, the RSVC responded by stating that they fully support the vet and will defend him, and that we should apologise for hurting his feelings. This only leads to one conclusion, is that pet owners should be amused too and happy when vile vets kill or maimed their treasure member of their family's. It is evident that only the RSVC, the vet, and the clinic staff have feelings. And pet owners should shut up and move on. Don't be fool, by their VIP service, its desperation and clout chasing. They are only after money and wealthy who they can push up on. Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic Vets care nothing about pets. But if they believed the pets owners are loaded with money or important in their eyes. Then they will take care in how they treat pets. Thank you, Violet

The vets here are brilliant! As are its nursing staff! When we returned home late on Saturday…read morenight, our normally healthy cat had thrown up and continued to throw up at 3 hour intervals. Our regular vets are shut on Sunday, but have a tie-up with this clinic for emergencies. The nurse on the phone was very helpful and helped calm us down. She gave us some recommendations, and told us to call again in the evening if the symptoms didn't abate. We had to call them again and were given an appointment quickly. The nurse in the waiting room was efficient and calmed us down as well as all the other people who came in with their pets in emergencies. The doctor when we saw her was brilliant. Attentive to all our input and handled our temperamental + sick cat beautifully. Given the problem we have getting a tablet down her throat, she gave us a paste to feed her in 2 hours and she has promised us that cats LOVE the taste. She also gave her an injection for the nausea and discomfort and put in a bit of a pain killer too to ease the cat. As soon as we got home, our cat who was on 15-20% energy levels and 60% stubbornness for the past 24 hours, is now at 60% energy and 90% stubbornness ( in 30 minutes) Very very impressed and happy with every interaction that we had with this clinic today.

We went here for a look round with our daughter and she thought it was really good that they have…read moredifferent colours of cats in seperate huts and that also have music on and kids chairs and lots of blankets to keep them warm, the dogs have little beds or big ones for the big dogs, with lots of different toys to play with, and in the back they have like a playground where they have even more toys and tunnels to play and do. The animals there are very well looked after and it is a long away from us but it is such a lovely place to go and look round and they have a park for the kids and shops and cafe.They even have lots of other animals, horses, rabbits, goats etc. We will go again if we are passing again .

Rocco disliked people coming close and I couldn't talk to other dog walkers or friends without him…read moregrowling, barking and lunging. He didn't like to be touched either. I put a muzzle on him because I was worried he may be a bite risk if people got too close. He was a puller and was increasingly difficult to walk him during normal times. I had a trainer previously but they did not take the time to get to know or understand Rocco and went to confront him head on in the first meeting and then took Rocco walking through a busy high street immediately. I then searched for reactive and aggressive dog trainers in London and came across Off Leash K9 and I cannot fault the experience and understanding of Andrea from the very first session. Andrea is non judgemental. His aim in the first session was to build rapport and try to identify the problem. As soon as Andrea met Rocco we were walking straight towards him and Andrea was very quick to identify the reactivity being fear based and guarding. He asked me to circle him a few times from a distance with each circle reducing until I was able to stand next to him quite close and this was probably the closest I had stood next to anyone for a while! Andrea's calming demeanour even with the barking and lunging, the expert knowledge and understanding of dogs behaviour and the teaching for human owners on how to handle their own dogs is out of this world. From the very first session I felt at ease and educated. Andrea told me that Rocco was guarding me hence the lunging and barking at people he didn't know coming near, in addition he was quick to identify the dog equipment I was using was not helping the situation and as soon as we switched from harness to slip lead and how to actually use them properly I felt immediately able to handle him much better. He also taught me how to be continually engaged with Rocco more and how to teach him new tricks through the use of food and objects he liked. Andrea also introduced Rocco to a very well behaved and chilled dog which helped relax him and give him confidence. He walked and interacted very well off leash with the other dog which goes to show again that Andrea knows his stuff and really understands the dogs needs. Rocco had not been off leash for a few months as his behaviour seemed to have changed as he transitioned into his teenage phase so I was quite nervous. Towards the end of our 8 week session Rocco was able to have his muzzle off in the park running around, being much happier and fulfilled and you can see the difference in him. No one outside my immediate family has ever been able to touch or play with Rocco and whilst I was always scared he could potentially bite Andrea who is not phased by the prospect of being bitten Rocco allowed him to hold his paw, stroke his head, have his hand near and in his mouth which I was absolutely amazed by! Rocco even listened to just Andrea on a new command towards the end of our last few sessions as they clearly had built a fantastic bond. Fast forward a week later Rocco was great at it with me and my sister commanding him. Practicing what you are taught by Andrea is really important as you cannot expect your dog to have the behaviour without the practice. You can tell Andrea is passionate about his profession and is highly experienced with dealing with dog behaviour. This is evident through his attitude and determination to help not only the dog but you as an owner. He will also explain the reasons why you should or shouldn't do something which is really insightful and some trainers may not give you this. Andrea is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have outside of your lessons. I highly recommend anyone in North London or wider boroughs who has any dog behaviour issues to please ask for Andrea through OffLeash K9. You will be walking away from each session with something new and a much better understanding and handling of your own dog. Andrea is a huge asset to this company and I would recommend other dog trainers to learn from him! He is the ultimate dog whisperer!

They have kittens and cats of all ages looking for good homes and have a fantastic programme in place to house the cats in their care - they will check your living arrangements and even do a home visit before you are able to take in a kitty. I am very much an animal person and this kind of devotion to make sure all of the cats are going to a safe and comfortable home makes me very happy. They will only let you adopt very tiny kittens in pairs, older cats are allowed to go on their own. They ask for a minimum donation of £75 for a single cat and £150 for two kittens. That's a minimum, so dig deep if you are able. When I was a kid my parents adopted 2 kittens from the CPL near to them in south London - you're not only being given healthy kittens but you're also donating to a fabulous cause. If you're going to get a cat be sure you have access to a garden, there is nothing sadder than a cat sitting at the window of a flat, not having access to the outside world. It makes my heart ache.

I participated in both group sessions and 1-2-1 and found the level of canine knowledge to be excellent. The way this was used to train Ernie was exceptional and we gained immediate results. We were so happy with the results that we took our second flat coat Stanley to the team and again have had fantastic results. People comment on how calm our puppy is and I put that down to his excellency training. I also love the variety of courses on offer so if your dog is into scent work, retrieving, agility, tracking, flexibility, gun dog skills - all are available. Hyde Park Hounds have been walking my incredibly energetic and personality-filled terrier cross for…read morethe past few weeks and we're both delighted! She's not the easiest dog to walk - her recall leaves a bit to be desired and she mostly just wants to chase squirrels - but James has been very patient and enthusiastic with her, and great at keeping us updated on her progress. She is always delighted to be collected for her walks and comes back to us a tired and happy dog. The twitter and Facebook updates are great for seeing what all the dogs are getting up to, and for seeing who she's hanging out with. I have no trouble at all recommending Hyde Park Hounds. my boyfriend and i come here regularly. you pay £2 and you get to walk round and interact with the…read morewell socialised dogs they have at battersea. they are oh so adorable. it's probably 90% staffies. it is SO TOUGH walking in there and not walking out with a dog, but i like seeing how well looked after they are (and the volunteers are very passionate about the dogs in their care) and by donating money each time we go, we're helping out the centre too. they also have a cattery which was opened only last year. it's very swish and the cats are of course AMAZING but the last three times we've been it has been closed for various reasons. it's also VERY DIFFICULT going to visit the cats and not returning home with one. i've fallen in love every single time i visit!

Have had two old cats from here no one wanted, they were such lovely souls, just wanted to be loved…read moreand be your friend, please don't just go with a plan as to what you get, pick one that touches your heart be it young , middle aged or older, there are different times they leave us, some die young others live for more than 20 years, just take that chance on which cat or dog, picks you out, you will never regret it, we haven't.
