You go, they give you a hand saw and a cart and you go out into their fields looking for the perfect tree. They have many different kinds of trees of all shapes and sizes. The older gentleman we talked to was super nice. Once you pick your tree, they will perform and shake service then net it all up for you. They also have beautiful wreaths for sale- they even threw a door hanger in for free. The farm is beautiful and they people are really friendly. They even let us bring our dog (as long as we promised to bring baggies and clean up after her which is more than reasonable). There are chickens roaming around and a friendly bunch of dogs on the grounds. Really great Christmas activity- we will be returning next year!

It is quite literally impossible to walk around without grinning ear to ear :) The Christmas trees are plentiful and very fairly priced @ 65$ for 3-6 foot option. In addition they offer various wreaths, ornaments, as well as many other holiday gift options! Don't worry there are plenty of photo ops for the family, kids, and or pets as you can see from some of my own family photos! This year they have even had a Yetter farm proposal, which can be seen on their Insta. Don't forget to stop at the delicious donut truck for a hot donut and a coffee for the trip home! Although the field was closed for cut your own, they had plenty of precut trees. We found one easily. A young guy helped us with the tree, wrote up our sale, marked it, and handed it over to be baled (and extra $2.) We also picked a beautiful wreath from the many they have on display. Inside is a shop with many little items and the area they are making the wreaths. Everyone is helpful and friendly. And they take credit cards! Most tree farms are cash or check only. Quick stop, great selection, comparable prices.

Although about three years ago Al-Jac's moved to a new location nearby - across the Woonasquatucket River, at the corner of Kinsley and Acorn - you can still expect fanciful formations of florid firs, tip-top tree talk, a complimentary chainsaw cut, and a happy heave-ho with a twine-tie-down atop your econo-sized vehicle. Ok, atop MY econo-sized vehicle. Add a handmade wreath to that 8.5 footer and walk away for under $50 (with tip). I would like to think that papa would be proud.
