My precious Auntie Kathleen has been cared for at Heatherlea since 2008. I visited her in mid-Nov/15 whilst home from the U.S. and was delighted at the level of caring, professionalism and cleanliness I observed on this second visit (last time was mid-2009). My Aunt has progressed under the competent and supportive attention of all the staff here, especially Mary, Phil and Sheila (I know I have forgotten a name or two, but clearly patient care is a strong team effort here). I had a fantastic visit with my Aunt, made better by the courteous and hospitable reception given to me and my other Aunt, who also was visiting with me from the U.S. The staff here are to be highly commended for their very high commitment to excellent, warm, personal care in a setting that is homey, safe, and clean.
