They stepped in immediately, got me numb, removed the tooth quickly, and were incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. I originally came to them for my wisdom teeth and later returned for another extraction because I trusted their care. The only downside was Yolonda's communication over the phone. She came across as dismissive, aggressive, and lacking empathy during a stressful situation. In person, however, she was much more pleasant. Overall, the dental team and doctors were excellent, and I'm very grateful for the care I received.

Because I had such an amazing experience! 5 second numbing, and fast painless extraction (literally seconds for a molar) ! Dr. Streelman is honestly the kindest, calmest and most talented oral surgeon I've ever met. He has this peaceful confidence about him that just makes you relax and trust you're in good hands and his hands are guided and skilled. He works with so much grace and focus but still has this quiet joy that shows he really cares. When he pulled my tooth it was unbelievably quick -- like finished in seconds. It was totally painless and somehow even comforting! Time went by way too fast! You can tell he puts his whole heart into what he does. You can also see how much he gives of himself every day with the blessed calling he has and right path he's on, and it honestly made me happy and really meant a lot when we had a little bit of lightness and laughter in the middle of it. He's just real, kind, and easy to be around and extremely professional, talented, and genuinely an awesome Doctor! They gave me the most detailed post-op instructions I've ever had, super clear and easy to follow. Kyle was super reassuring, poured extra details for at home care and cared more than I've ever experienced anywhere else, he made sure I left with extra gauze and supplies and explained everything so I'd feel good once I got home. They really think of everything and make it simple. Everything and I mean I came home with such a organized post op instructions with everything fully explained to me so that I actually understood. Kyle was amazing too -- patient, thoughtful and really kind. Together they're such a good team, professional but still genuine and warm. Everything about this office feels calm, caring and full of heart. Thank you Dr. Streelman -- you're incredibly gifted and your kindness and calm spirit really show through your work.

My review for Dr. Tomar is out of honesty and based on my experience with her and my previous dentists. No bias, not too critical of her. ------------------------------------------------------ Original review: Yesterday I experienced an extremely violent teeth cleaning. I had experiences with different dentists in both California and Washington. Dr. Tomar is the one that caused me the most pain and bleeding. Not just this time, but a few times. This will be my last time visiting this dentist. She was extremely impatient and careless during the process, ignoring my pain, did everything in a rush. Previously, I thought the pain was because she was just trying to clean my teeth very thoroughly as I saw all the 5 star reviews here. But she scratched around my gums really carelessly and violently. This level of pain and bleeding is very abnormal for me. (I floss daily and get cleaning every 4 months.) I should have trusted my body's feelings and move away from this dentist much earlier. It was a really traumatic experience, the damage of the violent scratches to the enamel is irreversible. She also scratched the back of my tongue, which I have never experienced in any other dental clinic. One last thing: During the dental cleaning, Dr. Tomar was repeatedly digging deeply and pulling extremely hard with the scaler tool vertically at the bottom of a crown. ‍That crown was made by my previous general dentist Dr. Avina Adamiyat in Palo Alto, California. I also got root canal on that tooth. This tooth with crown is my weakest spot. I bled a lot around that tooth thanks to Dr. Tomar. Good job Dr. Tomar. ‍ Luckily that crown was made too good by Dr. Avina Adamiyat, it stayed strong after Dr. Tomar's violent operation, and I felt mild pain around that tooth for only 48 hours but discomfort is still there as of today. I will have an X ray to check whether the tooth with crown is indeed all good, not in your clinic, Dr. Tomar. I don't know what's going on in your life or what I did wrong to you, but I don't deserve this.

Dr. Tomar performed a root canal on one of my teeth several weeks back, I called the office to…read morereport that it still was causing me some pain and asked if that was normal. I was asked to come back into the office to have the doctor look at it, I said OK. I arrived, I waited awhile, staff brought me back to an exam room and only then did they tell me there would be another exam fee and had papers for me to sign. Several things hit me, one being I had paid quite a bit of money for a previous exam, then the root canal, wouldn't a follow up on this one tooth be included? (usually it is), second is why did they not tell me this over the phone? Or at least when I first entered the office? I was upset they wasted my time, gas, and also that this Doctor Tomar could care less about her patients and only about how can I get more money out of them, or so it appeared to me... Since I have to pay to have it looked at again I chose to go to different dentist for a second opinion. I used to like this dental office, but not anymore....I would prefer that the doctor who treats my teeth actually cares, I feel more confident that they will then do their best work.

While the staff was accommodating, the teeth whitening is a complete waste of money. Let me note…read morethat I have very healthy and pretty white teeth naturally. For a service that is $600, I could not tell a difference in the color of my teeth. They color match your current tooth shade with a tooth color shade scale. Then after the service, they compare your ending shade to show you the difference. While my starting shade was correct, when they went to match the end shade, the one they matched was much whiter than my actual end result. It felt like they wanted it to seem like it made a larger difference. I honestly couldn't tell a difference from when I came in and when I left. However, I was ensured that they would whiten more in the next 48 hours. I left and followed the instructions for the next 48 hours. At the end of the 48 hours, I barely saw a difference. They worked with me and scheduled a 2nd appointment, but after another service, the end result made only a small difference. I was still shades away from my desired shade on the color scale. While everyone's teeth are different, my natural teeth are pretty white and I expected more than a such a small difference. Especially for such a expensive service. I would have had better or the same result with whitening strips.
