Talk about taking our business for granted. At least pretend to care or see if you get a cancellation or something. Straight up nope and okie dokie with us trying to find another place for him to get vaccinated. They simply do not care and it's not the first instance. When I walked into the vets my dog collapsed in my arms. They got us in a room quickly and Dr Gunman had already read the report from her primary vet and examined her and came up with a plan that included an oxygen environment that my dog seemed to enjoy. The receptionist was awesome and even took a picture of my dog in oxygen for me. Dr. Ghuman went over everything with me and my collapsed dog left on her own four paws after a few hours. Prices were explained up front and reasonable. My vet charges $78 for an office visit. Pet Headquarters charged $94 for the emergency visit plus her treatment. They didn't try push a lot of extra procedures and they got right down to taking care of her. Plus calling around vets on Saturday most vets were closed or closed by 4. Pet Headquarters is open til 7 and got her in quickly. I'm grateful to have my pup around awhile longer.

Still waiting for a call back from months ago and several follow up messages. Very clear how they operate. They got 2 stars for the 1-2 employees at the front desk that are decent. Careful asking the billing lady upfront how long until they check you out. She's VERY busy and will give you attitude and make you wait an extra 20-30 minutes for asking the question after you already waited 30 minutes before you asked the question.
