I have not felt pain or discomfort while getting cleaning or even a root canal. One time i had discomfort after my root canal and they had me back in the office the very next day. The mail reminders and phone calls are also nice to make sure we dont miss cleanings or appointments. They try very hard to work with you if you might need to come in.

Fast forward a couple of years, my husband needed to go for a filling and he could only get an appt there and was in pain. Out of necessity he went and the same thing happened to him! Also, the billing was not correct on either of our statements. They wanted more money after it was complete than when we originally got quote. I don't recommend.

I'm an out-of-towner, come in from Chicago to take care of my parents, and I had a couple of busted molars that had been giving me trouble. Robinson Family Dental were able to get me in within a couple days of my calling them, and the fees for the xrays I had to get as well as the office visit (in order to receive antibiotics) were incredibly reasonable. And they were able to get me in very quickly for the extractions they recommended - barely four days from start to finish, all told. Everyone from Dr. Sowle himself and his hygienists (I saw Debbie today), to the staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful, and did everything in their power to make me, a nervous patient, feel comfortable. Even though they couldn't take my insurance, I'd see no problem traveling from Chicago to see them again if I have more work that needs to be done. Do note that they take payment at the time of sevice, and they do not accept CareCredit. But really, the prices were so fair that it really wasn't a big deal at all. The free consultation helped take a lot of the worry away. Thank you again for making my extractions as quick and painless as they were! Big bonus for the hummingbird feeder right outside the window!

Dr…read more Andrew Sowle, DDS gave me freedom from dental discomfort for the first time, starting with my first visit some years ago. He preserved what teeth were preservable, and I never felt pressured to get expensive or doubtful dental procedures. The dental procedures aren't painful, but I am careful to mention each visit that I have sensitive teeth and gums, and the staff takes that into account. Of course, the formerly painful cavities, cracked teeth, etc. have been fixed by now. I used to feel so pressured at dental clinics, and to never know when the dentist might be off his game that day, anxious to increase his / her monthly billings through not necessary procedures, or in a hurry to get to his golf game or whatever instead of being focused on MY TEETH! It's all different at Robinson Family Dental. Dr. Sowle and his staff are the Best!
