What a wonderful, honest and competent shop. Brought the car by on a Thursday, he took a look at it and gave me 2 options to decide on - expensive (replace all) or not-so-expensive. Even offered to roll the not-so-expensive cost over to the expensive opt if we didn't like how it came out. He suggested we'd like the less expensive fix saying he thought he could do a decent job. It's an old car w/ 200K+ miles so we said let's start there and see where things go. We dropped the car off Sunday night & received a call midday Monday saying it was ready. They even fixed a front fender dent we got over the weekend from flying ice off a car on the highway. I hadn't even mentioned it as we were focused on the rear bumper. No add'l fees were even suggested. Just the price he provided when we first met. Easy peasy. Love dealing with honest businesses that deliver on all they say they will. I liked what I heard and set a date for the next week. I to this day have no idea how they removed and blended the paint. Great job. Today, after being rear ended last week, they have the insurance paperwork for my next repair. One star? Because you can't wait? They don't need your work. They have all of mine.

Had my truck worked on back in Feb of this year.  The repair tool way longer than it should have (more than a month in the shop) and the passenger door was not repaired the way I asked (it was just touched up) that was not part of the initial repair and they said they would fix it. I noticed a week after picking up my truck that the cap had multiple damaged spots on it, like it had been dropped.  Further, near the door handle, were some sharp shards of fiberglass that cut me when I went to open it.  Mind you, this truck spends most of its time in the garage and used rarely.  Picked up and parked it.... Big mistake. I happened to be behind my truck at night and noticed my license plate lights weren't working.  After getting under the truck, saw a red wire (NOT EVEN WATER TIGHT) and certainly not the factory harness that should be there.  It's half assed at best.  Not my work and the truck has not been anywhere else... the wire is just exposed, not secured and clearly not working. This truck is meticulously maintained and has never been hacked up. After emailing Jeff G letting him know of all this and how dissatisfied I was, he has and will not respond. Terrible company and service. First and last time I will use them.
