First of all, Dr Richards is a wonderful physician but as a business this practice is a disgrace…read more A year ago, they sold me very expensive hearing aids with three years of annual visits for maintenance. A year later when it was time for the first annual followup visit they just couldn't be bothered. They gave me an appointment and just before the visit they called and cancelled and rescheduled for a month later. After they did this three times I realized they had no intention of providing the service and I went elsewhere. I will dearly miss Dr Richards but no way will I go back there.

I did…read morereceive a very thorough hearing aid evaluation, probably the best I ever had, and the results were thoroughly explained to me in a very professional manner. The owner and his staff were very helpful and courteous. I had gone to a different hearing aid center in Vero Beach for an evaluation as well, but my experience there was the opposite! I made a mistake in my original review, when I confused the two hearing aid centers. I was referred to Advanced Hearing Aid Center by a friend who purchased his hearing aids from them, and his experience has been terrific as well. They go above and beyond anyone else to constantly improve his hearing. The system he purchased allows him to contact them using his cell phone, as well, so that he doesn't always have to come to the office to make an adjustment. I sincerely apologize to this business for my error, and hope that you will try them. I am sure you will be positively delighted with their care and professionalism.
