Dr. Nunez had great reviews and a friend of mine had even posted one for him which swayed me to give him a try and I am so glad I did. The office staff is very kind, considerate, attentive and punctual. Dr. Nunez was a pleasure to work with, very down to earth and knowledgeable. I got rid of the ear infection and the tinnitus is better, but I'm probably going to have to live with it, as he said many people do. It's just part of life, and aging, unfortunately.

I called 2-3 times a week asking about cancellations to get in sooner. No luck. When I saw Dr. L, and told him about the sudden hearing loss, he responded 'Well, if you had come in right away, I probably could have helped you! He also said he can't control what the appointment staff tells patients. He said the only thing he could do was give me shots in my ear which didn't help. Complete lack of concern for your time, they tell you to arrive early then lie to you about your appt time to put their other patients ahead of you. If you want to wait hours , and hear patients complaining about the long wait periods, and lots of people coming in, and no one leaving, this is the place for you. I saw the dr himself on first visit-put on steroids and antibiotics and then turned over to HIS PA, (and I continued paying for a dr.)without knowing exactly what was being dealt with and 5 visits later, while different ear drops were used, a CT scan being performed- 4 months later-I still had problems. They weren't getting to the root of the problem and we're not treating me correctly. I had to change the doctor only to find out (after he took cultures and send in to lab)- when I was made aware of the real problem. I found out that I was being treated incorrectly and placed on the wrong meds.( confirmed by lab results) If you need to go there-insist on seeing the dr, himself. don't rely soley on a PA. insist on seeing only the Doctor especially since you're paying for one

I had surgery conducted by Dr Lanza brought on as a 9/11 rescue team member. He recently conducted surgery on my wife in order to clear her sinuses and reduce migraines. Shes doing fantastic. He was there for every question no matter how serious or how silly. I would trust my life, my wife, and my sons lives in his hands any day. He has a great bedside manner, easy to talk to and empathetic to our needs and concerns.
