Dr. Simeo took her time and asked me a lot of questions I would otherwise have not have thought of. She was very thorough during the evaluation and made sure that I got the right hearing aids. I have an active lifestyle. I'm always on my road bike, preparing for a Marathon or Triathlon. My work also requires me to be on the phone at times to help with resolving technical issues over the phone. The confidence boost I received with the hearing aids was phenomenal! What is more impressive is the after sale experience. I can completely trust Dr. Simeo, Dr. Young and Linda to be there, every time I have a pressing need with my hearing aids. They always make room for me to come into the office to make sure my hearing aids are functional. They even sent me batteries to my location when I was out of town for a while. Oh yeah, the batteries were free for three years! Dr. Young showed kindness and compassion. Recently, a pet of mine broke one of the hearing aids. My home insurance wouldn't cover it because I didn't have a picture of the broken hearing aid. Then my home insurance told me that their policy just changed. My hearing aid repair cost would have been covered had I called a day earlier. Dr. Young understood my situation and worked with me to have my hearing aid repaired that day. That is not something you would get at just any hearing aid place. Excellent Service, Kindness and Compassion. The Hearing Solution Centers team goes out of their way to make you feel special. Within 5 seconds into the session, I was told they are too old and can't be repaired. There was no testing offered, my description of the problem was not validated. My option was to buy new ones. I knew she was lying. I left with a brochure for new hearing aids. I called the manufacturer customer service and they said they still repair my hearing aids. I went to another hearing aid company and they promptly solved my problem. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!

One review even said they were uneasy being alone with him. I am not quite sure what that means and another says a procedure he did to his relative caused harm. One said if the review had a zero they would check that. I only found two that said anything good. This QTC is suppose to be a trusted company contracting with the V.A. It looks like they are putting a blind fold on and grabbing in a barrel. This is not my first in counter I am finishing up sending a complaint against a fortune telling Nurse P.A. with the nursing board. I do believe if the company or business are operating outside the cope of truth you should contact the VA Inspector General's Office or The VA President's Hotline. This office is supposed to be open until 5:00pm on Fridays but frequently closes down early…read more Receptionist will tell clients multiple stories in an attempt to get clients to leave if they show up shortly after 3:00pm on a Friday afternoon. One story she uses that a wait of an hour and then the client could be seen so to avoid waiting the client should make an appointment for another time and return later. Given the distance from the office, the client said they would wait to be seen for an active issue with hearing aids. The receptionist started with multiple stories as to why the client should come back another day by appointment only. The client also felt as if being talked down to and not valued as a customer. After spending close to $8,000 for hearing aids from the Claremore Hearing Life office this is a very sad way to treat a client. This Hearing Life client doesn't feel valued as a customer by the Claremore office. This client does not recommend the Claremore, Oklahoma Hearing Life office nor does the client ever plan to return to that Hearing Life office but will seek services elsewhere.
