I woke up one morning hearing a very distinct high pitch ringing in my left ear. It was totally freaking me out so I immediately searched for audiologists in Tulsa. This place was the closest to me so I called to make an appointment. It was super easy to get it scheduled and thankfully there was a cancellation so they were able to get me in the next day. Thankfully the ringing stopped overnight but I still wanted to get checked out for peace of mind. They emailed me the new patient intake forms so I was able to fill them in and print them out beforehand. I like that this saves you time the day of the actual appointment. The space itself is very conveniently located with lots of parking available. It is super cozy and clean inside. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Kaleigh was the one who looked at my ears and did the hearing test. I had never gotten one before so I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. She was very good at explaining each step and providing clear instructions. You sit inside a soundproof room with a headphone device and you do different hearing exercises, identifying when you can hear different words and sounds. It was so interesting! Thankfully everything was fine and no hearing loss was detected. They said that sometimes new medication or stress can be the cause of the ringing...it makes me feel better that I know who to go to if it comes back again. Highly recommend! read more

While the hearing / hearing aid services were good the billing was not. More than 2 years after my visit I received an invoice for over $600 for state taxes they neglected to charge at the time of service. They gave me till the end of the year (5 weeks away) to get it taken care of. Any provider that has such sloppy billing practices will certainly never see me again. read more

After purchasing hearing aids over3 years ago--I received a bill for taxes because they didn't know they were supposed to charge back when I bought them. Really!!!! On top of that I have been disappointed in my hearing aids--Do not recommend. The staff is very friendly if that helps. read more

I purchased a set of Starkey hearing aides from this place and they were the worst pair I have ever had, constantly needing repairs. Every time I would bring them in American Hearing always seem to want money even for warranty work. Would not recommend as they will nickel and dime you to death! read more
