I would rate them a -10, if I could. I have been a client at Hearing Solutions since 2019. I had good experiences until 4/29/25. I needed my left hearing aid repaired. Within 5 seconds into the session, I was told they are too old and can't be repaired. There was no testing offered, my description of the problem was not validated. My option was to buy new ones. I knew she was lying. I left with a brochure for new hearing aids. I called the manufacturer customer service and they said they still repair my hearing aids. I went to another hearing aid company and they promptly solved my problem. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!! read more

I am visiting Tulsa for a conference and realized I did not pack any spare domes for my hearing aids. Being able to hear at the conference is critical so I stopped by to see if Hearing Solution Center had some I could purchase. They were so kind, friendly and helpful. They gave me their last pair in stock (they are ordering more) at no charge. I don't live in Oklahoma and I am not their customer but they so graciously helped me out and took care of me anyway. Had a clogged ear for some time and finally decided to do something about it. Called Wednesday for an appointment and they got me in by Friday morning. HOLY COW! Why didn't I do this earlier?!? I actually saw a wax cleaning on TicTock and wanted to see if I had any issues. I found this place and they had the exact same machine that washes wax out with water. Dr. Simeo looked in my ear and I was able to see what they saw on a big screen which was the first time I'd ever seen my own eardrums. I ended up not needing a wax removal in one ear, but they flushed wax out of the other. I definitly going to come back every year to get this done. read more

This business is amazing. Dr. Simeo was so nice and amazing she took the time to listen and then explained what she would be doing to help with my frustrations and explained how hearing aids would be helpful to me. After getting my hearing aids all I can say is WOW. I have heard the smallest little details I have been missing out on for years. They have always been so accommodating when I need an adjustment to make sure my hearing is exactly what I need to make sure I am satisfied. Also I get free batteries for three years, that is also amazing. I told my worship leader at church I can finally hear his voice and not just the instruments. I purchased my hearing aids from Hearing Solution Centers, hoping to improve my hearing that would fit my lifestyle. I came out of the office with the best experience I've ever had! Dr. Simeo took her time and asked me a lot of questions I would otherwise have not have thought of. She was very thorough during the evaluation and made sure that I got the right hearing aids. I have an active lifestyle. I'm always on my road bike, preparing for a Marathon or Triathlon. My work also requires me to be on the phone at times to help with resolving technical issues over the phone. The confidence boost I received with the hearing aids was phenomenal! What is more impressive is the after sale experience. I can completely trust Dr. Simeo, Dr. Young and Linda to be there, every time I have a pressing need with my hearing aids. They always make room for me to come into the office to make sure my hearing aids are functional. They even sent me batteries to my location when I was out of town for a while. Oh yeah, the batteries were free for three years! Dr. Young showed kindness and compassion. Recently, a pet of mine broke one of the hearing aids. My home insurance wouldn't cover it because I didn't have a picture of the broken hearing aid. Then my home insurance told me that their policy just changed. My hearing aid repair cost would have been covered had I called a day earlier. Dr. Young understood my situation and worked with me to have my hearing aid repaired that day. I met him through networking & since I hadn't had my hearing checked in literally decades, I visited his office. Had a good experience. I had custom in ear monitors made. I am still using them with great satisfaction. The only negative experience I had was 4 or 5 trips to the office for fittings, and some trouble with how the sound was traveling in my ear. They worked with me and ultimately made it right. My mom went to a couple hearing aid places that advertise what wonderful hearing aids they have. She bought a pair a few years ago, she never was happy with them and never got much help. We came to Hearing Solution Centers and the staff was great. Dr. Young knows his stuff and is very caring and understanding. We would recommend him to anyone. My mom has worn hearing aids for years, but hasn't had a lot of luck with them. they are little computers, so repairs and updates are often needed. That's why we like Hearing Solution centers. They offer a three year warranty on their hearing aids. Other places offer limited warranties or only one year warranties. After that, they want us to pay up to 300 dollars a piece for every single repair. I know at Hearing Solution Centers, they will cover my mom's hearing aids, no matter what happens to it. They're very nice and knowledgeable as well. Usually, they're able to fix her hearing aids in a matter of minutes and don't even need to mail it out to the manufacturer. The staff is very friendly as well, and they know us by name as soon as we walk in the door. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for quality hearing aids with great service. We wouldn't go anywhere else! read more
