I called them Monday and asked if I could see it, they said just come by, I work and came by at lunch Tuesday (less than 2 days into my 5 day reservation) only to be told they rented it the day before. Did they call to ask if I still want it? No, so their "5 day reservation" is fraudulent advertising that everyone in the Hollister area needs to aware of when considering renting a storage unit. Don't rent from Jerry's they are dishonest.

Said would come after 3 pm. Wife called about 3 and said they could not cone tll next day and would be there esrly, no later than 10 a.m. No show, no call, would not answer our calls, even the wife would nit take our calls. I highly do NOT advise using this guy. Totally undependable and did not even give us the courtesy of a phone call. Bad business.
