Didn't finish the project they started. Terrible service. They have since Filed Bankruptcy. Please do t waste your time or money

If I could give zero stars I would. We signed a contract last November 2021 and paid a very substantial deposit. No services have been rendered. As Delay after delay (excuse after excuse) happened we learned that this company has a history of not pay its sub contractors, flawed installations and a host of other issues. As it stands today our lawyer has sent a letter respectfully requesting our money back and we have had no response. We are heartbroken and angry. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! read more

-10 **********! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! They are scammers. They make promise after promise and will lie to appease you at the moment. If you want to lose your money and mental health, then these are the people for you! PLEASE do NOT use these people! We had to fire them and literally start over. The hole that they dug sat neglected for five months. It eroded to the point of needing to be redone with more dirt (thank god we had a mound of dirt still sitting by the hole) and stone (the stone should have been put in when they initially dug the hole). All of the plumbing had to be removed and reinstalled. All of the panels had to be readjusted due to them bowing out. They are very charming and convincing when you initially meet them or when they need another "deposit." But once you start following up and finally confront them (if they even respond), they will gaslight you like no other! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! read more

Made an appointment for them to come out and close our in ground pool. We wait just under three weeks for the next available date as their appointments were booked. Had a lovely conversation about our pool and the process with the woman who answered the phone. The appointment was made for October 12th at 11 ish. No show/no call. When I contacted them, they didn't answer and their mailbox is full. By the time the appointment day came and went, the other folks were booked up. We struggled to figure out how to do it ourselves after waiting almost three weeks trying on the appointment we made with them. They are extremely unprofessional. read more

If I could give less than a star I would. We were brand new pool owners in 2019 and called this company. They were super attentive. They said we needed a new pool liner, so we ordered one. They put it in in October, but didn't finish because it was too cold. In the spring I contacted them to finish the job. No response For weeks. Problems with the fit when they finally did come. We didn't get the pool open until the end of July. And we had to fill and drain the entire pool twice so they could fix things. Not cheap. Ordered a new pool vac from them. They just left it on the back porch with no instructions. Terrible instructions on how to care for the pool. We switched to a new company that has been AMAZING. Today we learned that the brand new liner that was put in in 2019 needs to be replaced already. Supposed to last 15ish years! It was apparently never measured or fitted correctly in the first place. They just rushed it to get it done since we'd already paid for it. It took weeks of emails (from both my husband and I), phone calls (that were never answered and always went to voicemail) to even get them to come finish the job they started. Now it has to be redone...... read more

If I could give less than a 1 Star I would. Very unreliable company. Can't even call you to inform you they are NOT going to show. TWICE. Very unprofessional regardless the circumstance. I asked if there would be a discounted price because WE offered to remove and replace cover for you ourselves in order to hopefully help us both out. NOT due to the death of your family member as you make it sound in your response. We did NOT receive a phone call regarding the first no show. I called and you rescheduled us for the next week only to not show or call us again informing us you weren't going to show for the second time. I called several times with no answer. Glad to know one must leave a negative review in order to receive a response from your business. We all have crazy bad circumstances that happen and I'm so sorry for what happened to you guys but just a simple phone call or ANY communication at all would have been great but sadly we are communicating here in front of all to see. ‍ read more

This is a terrible company run out of a house not a store. They never showed up to change our liner or switch system to saltwater. We were scheduled for second week of May 2022 and it is June 27 th. when I finally got ahold of someone last week they promised they would begin last Friday. still no call-no show. they have our $3,000 deposit and have ghosted us. we can't get them to respond to email or text. I even went to the address on the invoice- it's a house. someone was home but no one would answer. Their voicemail is often full when we call. They have yet to show up or respond. Twice in this time we took off work to make sure they could get into the gate and have dogs put up and they never showed. Twrrible company. shouldn't be allowed to operate. The guys name that owns it is Wade. The lady answering the phone when u can get her to is Linda Watsinger. We are so angry!! read more

07/21/2021 yet another pool leak at the return pipe. This is the second leak since the pool was installed by Wade in 2016. The return pipe was not level right before the first return inlet, putting stress on the T causing it to come loose and start leaking. This one cost me $1400 including finding the leak and fixing it which was under the concrete patio. And the saga continues. Please if you need pool work done do not pick Heartland Pool and Spa. read more
