She is so personable and really cares for and about her patients. She wants what is best for her patients and does whatever she can to help. If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant please do not go here. I have gone here for almost 20 years. On my last visit 2 months ago I told them I was planning on getting pregnant. My doctor, Dr. Schieber, said she would be there with me if I had any complications and I could call anytime with questions. Then I get pregnant and as soon as I find out Im pregnant I start to have bleeding, cramping, and in pain. I called this office and left a voicemail on the nurses line. After an hour I got nervous and called back and got the front desk person Tammy who said that I was no longer allowed to be seen there because I am had temporarily had medicaid and I had been doing cashpay but now that Im pregnant they will no longer see me and she referred me to another provider. This providers is booked weeks out so I requested to talk to my nurse about my bleeding cramping and pain and what I should do. This woman refused to let me speak to my nurse I asked her three separate times. Then she mocks me and says 'the nurse has already listened to your voicemail, you can leave another one if you want'. I asked to speak to my nurse a 4th time and Tammy sent me back to the voicemail. Tammy even stated the nurse had been there with her discussing my situation so its not that she's too busy to take my calls, they are literally there talking about me AND the nurse had got my voicemail about bleeding and cramping and still had not returned my call or get on the phone. I called back and got Becky (She is the only amazing person who works here) at this time I'm hysterical and crying that my OBGYN office is refusing to help me at all and I beg her to let me talk to my nurse because I dont know if Im having a miscarriage or what and I want to speak to my nurse. Sandra, Dr Schieber's nurse was extremely rude on the phone but she finally did tell me to go to the ER but only after saying things that contradicted everything my Dr and I had talked about so I asked to speak to my doctor and she refused then I asked to speak to the office manager Shelly which she did connect me to. Shelly and Tammy were the absolute worst. Shelly didnt see any issue with denying me access to health care by refusing to let me speak to my nurse or doctor and said that I could not afford to pay their cash price to be seen and that is their policy to not accept pregnant cash paying patients. I asked to speak to my doctor which she also refused. I told her my doctor said I can contact her, if she wont transfer me does she have a number I can call to leave a message? She makes fun of me for asking this question. The only thing she did offer was to speak to my doctor on my behalf but didnt even bother to ask what my concerns were or what I even wanted to ask. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office.

The doctors are the best in the area, and if you have a sports injury, this would be the place to go. They serve quite a few area athletes. The problem, though, is that it then becomes hard to get an appointment. I booked an appointment two weeks out, and even then, I didn't see the doctor I made the appointment with. I saw one of his associates. But it didn't really matter because everybody seemed qualified and on top of their games. It's convenient that they are partnered with the Olathe Medical System, so major scans, like MRI's, are done across the street at the hospital, as are surgeries.

The Chiropractor I had been with moved his practice far away. She refused to adjust me. She asked me why I looked the way I did as she communicated a bill of 120. with no adjustment included. I told her I wondered why I was being charged the amount and if I was being over charged. She suggested I leave. She said I was argumentative and stated that I argued with the receptionist, hung up, and called back. I tried my best to explain she was mistaken and it wasn't me. The receptionist was pleasant and I reciprocated. I had a pinched nerve. She made me stand for an Xray in excruciating pain. She went on and on about not adjusting me. She said something about me coming back Tuesday. The receptionist or whomever manned the front desk. Put gel on my back and used a machine that looked like an ultra sound. It did little to nothing. I left still in excurciating pain. It cost 49 dollars for an xray. 21 dollars for the xray to be read. 49 more dollars for the gel on my back and about 7 minutes of a machine that looked like an ultra sound. I made an appt for the next day to get adjusted which was going to cost more money. They wouldn't tell me how much. I left Friday 9/4/26 still in excruciating pain. Dr. Denton treated me so badly and uncaring I was afraid to get an adjustment from her. But I was so desparate and at her mercy. I made an appt. and hoped she would adjust me. I went to the joint Dr. the next morning 9/5/26 after they called me. I registered with them on line Friday. I chose Dr. Denton's office because their reviews were good and they promised help on the website. The joint Dr. adjusted me. He was kind and made me feel not afraid, though I was in a lot of pain. I had to pay another 120 dollars. But, I got the first visit, relief from the pain, and 6 more visits for that price. 9/5/26 The joint Dr. adjusted me and I was able to put weight on my right leg.
