I was charged for two months of service, yet no technician ever showed up to perform the services I paid for. During this time, I discovered mice in my home, which is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete failure to provide the pest control services promised. I have photographic evidence documenting the presence of mice if proof is required. Despite your failure to deliver the agreed-upon services, I was additionally charged a termination fee when I requested to cancel the contract due to your company's nonperformance. Charging a customer for canceling a contract when services were never provided is unreasonable and unfair and i explained i not longer live on the property where the service was suppose to be execute.

A young man was "selling" their packages door to door in a small town of Muskogee Oklahoma, when their closest office is 45 miles away in Tulsa OK. She wrote a check for $29 to get the service started. She called back the salesman the next day to "cancel" her service. She has not been called back yet to verify if her account has been closed or not. I got the phone number of the salesman from my mother, and today, I called her salesman to verify all the information, and I also called a sales center out of Provo Utah... I thought I was calling the Tulsa OK office, but the call gets directed to Provo Utah. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the call got directed to Texas (don't remember the city). All I got was the runaround... The call center said the Tulsa office doesn't have a phone number, when the website has a 918 area code phone number listed (which calls the call center in Provo Utah). Everything is super suspect and fishy. I don't believe the 5 star reviews I see. I doubt anyone goes out to make a service call. A "manager" just called me back. The story seems to check out...but things still don't seem like a reputable company. Be very cautious when dealing with this company.

I posted several weeks ago about an issue my mom was having with squirrels in her attic that chewed through her air conditioning line. The company she originally called gave her a quote of 6k to remove the squirrels and to conduct "necessary" removal, preventative and maintenance to ensure her home was "safe" for her to stay in. Needless to say that individual was basically a scam artist who took advantage of my mom w/fear tactics. I found Oklahoma Wildlife Control via FB and did additional research to find out their credentials, history and anything else I could find out to make sure my mom wasn't scammed again. Reggie & Jennifer w/OWC were sympathetic, knowledgeable, respectful, gracious, giving, caring, and went above and beyond to do everything possible to make a bad experience good. Reggie is considered an expert in this field and has helped to write regulations and the certification test for this industry. He even made a call to the owner of the company that my mom first called and was able to get all of her money back. They have been a true blessing to our family and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are in need of any kind of wildlife removal services call them!
