Green Grass has helped make my yard healthy and great to walk barefoot on They look for areas that need a bit more attention and fix problems before they get bigger read more

Won't show up or treat regularly no matter how many times we call. Pro: If they arrive and treat our lawn looks amazing and their prices are good. Con: This past year they will not commit to a day they will service just give us the comment "sometime this week when we get a person in your area we will treat" The problem is that doesn't happen and we have to call a few more times before anyone does arrive. Real disappointing and are now looking for a new weed and feed company. Our lawn is full of weeds. read more

They came out and sprayed yard for weeds so they said and charged for, but weeds look healthier now and no signs dying! This company has gone from wonderful to absolutely horrible since management and system changes! Email doesn't work and slow to respond if at all! Done with them! read more

Horrible lawn service. Bad attitude, and more weeds now that before treatment began. I would recommend looking elsewhere for lawn treatment. Borderline fraud. read more

GreenGrass Lawn Care - Lawn Services Near Me - Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Fertilized yard with spreader. Spot weed control should have included front west side whitch has a bunch of crab grass.

We used greengrass lawn care.we moved and started with another company and they were no good, so we went back to greengrass and they were fair.but this year they have upgraded there Technician one that's been carrying for our lawn is aman named Anderson, he does the work ,he walked the lawn and sprays the weeds ,then treats the grass with, detail, and makes sure to do his best to treat your lawn as if it was his own, for the first time , I fill as I'm getting Quality and detailed work done, I wouldn't care to have anyone else out ,as I've witnessed them come out and spay a few places in my yard and then go set I there trucks for 15 to 20 minutes and then leave.thats the kind of service that I've been receiving. But this guy Anderson is definitely the best they have at greengrass, his attention to detail is outstanding, he is very knowledgeable in the different grasses and weedsin my yard.YES is impressed with his work ethics.would like to thank him and let the company know that he is stepping above the rest and should be treated so. Thank you, MR Anderson for all your hard work. William Cates. read more

We have been customers for 3 years. After the fist treatment they had prayed near our roses an nearly killed them . We wrote it off and now after 3years you would think we should have a beautiful yard but we called because it is full of crab grass and our Bermuda looks sick and thin. So the serviced again now all of our grass is turning brown. We are done the techs don't care they don't follow up. They are the worst. We canceled our neighbors are canceling they have the same issues. We thought professionals could do a better job they are not professionals. read more

We tried them for a year. Our lawn looks worse than before...full of weeds and the Bermuda is sick-looking. We asked them not to touch the fescue, and they didn't, and it is absolutely beautiful! They don't spend a lot of time on their service calls. After speaking with the manager, we waited four weeks for the next treatment, but they kept putting it off. Finally we decided to get someone else. Customer service needs a customer service workshop. read more

I called then and they were out the next day. I could not find anyone (And I tried) that beat their price. When they showed up they gave me an estimate and was willing to treat the yard all at one time saving me time away from work. Their Lawn Tech was professional and went over the treatment program with out trying to upsell me on extras that I did not need. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market read more

Green Grass Lawn Care could have retained my business with a minimum level of customer service. I asked GreenGrass Lawn Care to do yearly weed control on two properties, paying the full amount in advance for the year starting in 2016, however I was not sure that I was going to continue in 2019. I recently received a bill from them for an application at one of the homes for a 'Round 1' treatment and called to say that I had not contracted for the new year. Sheila, the customer service person, told me that it was my responsibility to call them and cancel, otherwise they would continue service and therefore owed them the bill. Had Sheila said that they would not hold me accountable for an assumption on their part, I probably would have paid for another year of service. Sheila's customer service got worse from there, telling me that she would not take a message for the out of town owner to call me back, because he was out of town! I really hoped that Sheila was an anomaly, so I asked to be transferred to another customer service person, Sandy, who really just repeated what Sheila had said. I did pay the bill and 'cancelled' future service that I had not contracted for. Think twice before signing up for their service. read more
